Being estricts only Theravada can be considered as atheistic, but yes, buddhism is not about a creator, omnipresent, powerful God, but it's a religion with their non-proved believes and it's moral guides, etc... (sorry if I can't be more accurate in what I want to say... not so much level of english for it ).
I don't think so. When you lose your faith (and so gain new knowledge and objective view of the life) you usually don't make distinctions between religions when talking about their basis. In fact, talking about civil wars and faith wars christianity have the lead by far. Islam in the other hand has a very lack in basic human rights in it's most fundamentalist sectors, as it have not evolved too much with society
:ices_rofl you always got a smile in my face!
False, and I can say it as I'm a non-believer
But in the end muslims, christians, buddhist, etc... all of them believe in a very close way... A supreme being creator of the world, who dictates the right behaviour and believings, etc, etc...
So you can have different forms of adoring your God, and different views of the right behaviour, but all of you get your thoughts from the same source: ancient book, lots of blind faith, and none of questioning on things (and a lot of "they're wrong, poor them")
Do you have a minimum insurance level ("thirds" is called in Spain)?
Also here in Spain if you present three (I think there was only three) official denies of quotes from insurance agencies then the State will cover your insurance as it's mandatory to cover the minimum . Anyway... private agencies instead of denying the insurance they give you prohibited prizes
But for sure insurances are expensive in the U.K for what I'm seeing... I'm paying 340€ (per year) for a 1.5 V-Tec 1999 Civic Sedan (115cv)
Would anyone care to explain or give me a list of those-called hairdresser's cars?
I think I can't get the real sense of the expression, but I'm afraid may I change my ocuppation as each time you refer to a car as a hairdresser one it's one car I would love to drive
By the way... a few weeks ago I've test driven a new MX-5 (2.0 160 bhp) and I must say it's an awesome handling car, one of the bests (if not the best) I've driven ever, try to test one before buying the MR2, it's cheaper and it may worth it
Actually I had no idea how it works, just discovered the extension a few days ago and I remembered it reading this topic... I posted for if you find it useful for your purposes
I don't hate him... I mean... I don't even know him
But I must say I don't like daddylton behaviour on pits claiming for attention and acting like he was someone on the competition
I don't like the Hamilton fans that blame anyone who has a racing incident with him, but you know... blind fans exists everywhere and in every sports so... really don't care about them... most of the times they're just causing a few lol's
I'm really waiting to see a good fight between Hamilton and Kubika, they're very competitive one against the other and I'm sure they can give an awesome fight!
I think Hamilton it's not very good racing under pression
First mistake with the anti-stall system was just a n00b error, second one impacting Alonso from the rear... waiting for the telemetry but I think Hamilton may be careful on the gas when racing close
Next one trying to take turns at that speed with no front wing it's something I can't understand
Anyway... I'd love Kubika winning the race... I hope we'll see it later
With the money earned with bonus question (already solved) I have 11M... no doubt for me discarding the Force India engines. I'm moving to Toro Rosso now... but I must think a bit about my Main driver
If the conveyor matches the plane speed but in opposite direction the plane would remain stationary for an external observer. Of course the engines push the plane cause of the air that they move, not by delivering power to the wheels, but so long the wheels are in contact with the conveyor the plane will not move forward if both (the wheels and the conveyor) have the same speed in opposite directions. So if there are not forward movement there will not be air flow to lift on the wings .
If the plane moves forward (for an external observer, as you can see in the mythbusters video) then it must be one of those:
1.- The wheels have more speed than the conveyor
2.- The wheels are spinning or sliding over the conveyor
