Some things you've said really made no sense. Even I replied to your statement that you were unable to find ANY videos from legal LFS races. I mean, really...
You'll be welcomed to join us, I guarantee you that! Just be normal, realistic, decent guy, that's all.
Who insulted you? I really don't see anyone doing that?
However, there's a thing you guys need to understand:
If you love this game, start saving up some money and buy S2 (the best deal at the moment, in my opinion), that'll do. Mid-quality wheels cost 4 times that amount, so it's not such a big deal, even in countries with low income such as yours and mine. Support the guys who develop this game, join legal community and enjoy it in the years to come.
Without our support, developers would have to stop this already slow development and look for another job, 'because they need to support their families and the game will die.
I got mine as a present though, but would've purchased it eventually if I didn't, for the reasons lucaf explained. I've been playing LFS for nearly full 10 years and had so much fun with it, so I have respect for developers' work and not overpricing policy.
Please define who is:
1. "you guys" and
2. "everyone"
Please point out to specific names if you want to support your case. Because, I for one, did not curse at anyone, for example? And nobody cursed at me too, so please explain yourself.
You couldn't see it even if it was flying by your own nose, you're that kind of a person. It's useless to show you anything.
Some 10 years a go I found out about LFS through a cracked game. But I was playing it offline. Tried all the cars and tracks and really, really liked it. So, in the next few months I saved some money and bought the license.
I think this is a good idea... the second layout, the one where we did 7 laps, was the most interesting. We need refreshment
As Forbin have said, I also did not find the slalom and kart track interesting and probably would not race those two even if F1 race ended before that. FO8 is a brutal car, not too good in slow corners.
I think that the event start time was unfortunate also. Kinda early Sunday afternoon, plus F1 race still going on... I think both of those things influenced low turnout.
However... I would like to thank you again for your effort put in this league . All in all, good organization, well thought trough and hopefully there will be more soon.
No, we can't... it does not allow us to end the race and on the entry to the server it didn't give choices, it automatically loaded I think the second layout. EDIT: after careful reading.... yes we can
Btw, when someone manage to park the car like this, let me know... until then, call me the champ!
Thanks Rony for organizing this league and sorry I was not able to attend at more races. I specifically regret that I could not make the first two races, 'cause those two tracks just suits this brutal car.
I've created a problem...
I've installed new system on new HDD and installed LFS and LFS lazy. However, as I did not want to lose my lap records and my settings, I've copied the folders from my previous HDD.
Now it doesn't launch when I start LFS, so I have to do it manually.
How to get it back to launch with LFS again?
EDIT:
Just solved it: "Others" menu, Autostart - install
Will leave this here in case someone else funk this up just as I did
I already think it's a bad idea. I suppose it would be ok for those who have VR headsets, but for the rest of us who use buttons for head movement it's not a particularly good idea.
In LFSWorld.net there's also "Online Racer Stats" where you can find the best laps done online.
And here you can find the best clean laps done online (no shortcuts, draft, bumpdruft...) http://stats.airio.eu/BLS.aspx
This is what "combined/single axis" do. Try to find this option in your driver and uncheck it.
If you can't find that option in your driver's settings, look for it in LFS Options/controls/axis FF, don't know if that's available there, but look for it.
