I thought one of the reasons they didn't move to HD sooner was because they had no HD onboards, so I would guess they got some now since they decided to switch? I know MotoGP does HD onboard shots these days so I doubt F1 wont.
dang, seems to really work only for US guys. First link no problem, second link I don't get the 6 page survey, my g25 is slowly dying would've been a really nice deal.
edit: got only 10% off with the first link, so the g27 is still 412$
You could also try mediacoder, got plenty of supported codecs and lets you choose how many channels your converted audio should have while just remuxing the video.
You're probably doing pictures in the wrong mode pearcy, I can't say I notice a loss of quality when uploading to picasa, some pictures turn out a little darker then expected but 95% of them are just fine. CoolColJ posted about it somewhere in this thread, press triangle in photomode change mode to 2 or 3 and the cars look a lot cleaner, you can also change the aspect ratio to 16:9 there so you do your picture in real 1080p resolution.
Give it a click more ARB in the back, add negative camber, maybe some more/less toe in the back (depends on the car) and voila understeer gone, default sets for some cars are horrible, noticed that too with my Corvette and F40.
Thats steam for you, when they changed to the euro they almost doubled their prices in comparison to the dollar they used before. I guess you could get some american to gift it to you and then send the money to him via paypal or similar.
This "new" sim is existing since 2007 and (what a surprise) has a few threads about it here already if you would bother to search you would've found them yourself.
You know that you're trying to sell (a pretty much unused I'll give you that) wheel for almost 30 GBP more then I could purchase it at my local shop yes? You 115 GBP my shop 86 GBP with free delivery.
You can also install the Photo Gallery thingy so you export it to XMB then directly upload it to Picasa/Facebook via the Photo Gallery software, doing that with my pics and it works pretty nicely.
It's nice to know that I'm not the only crazy guy wasting 200 grand on stupid stuff like my flying Citroen 2CV or the Supercar destroying Buick Special.
I'm not saying it was only the server at fault of course, I just doubt that it was a problem with individual connections, the internet is a funny business and it's really not easy to pin something on one single culprit. You never know maybe it was just one guy with connection issues and he took the rest of the people with him every time he disconnected and then lagged the server up while trying to reconnect, saw that happening too already. But I don't think we can blame the masterserver because the disconnect is the problem in the first place and as mentioned I never heard of a single case where the masterserver caused somebody to disconnect.
