The subject of quitting, I need to quit posting and go make some food, then have to stay up all night to finish 3 bits of coursework for tommorow. Any ideas what to cook.

When I installed my GFX Card I got a black screen, thought i am screwed all I had to to was connect cable back to original slot, change the monitor settings and reconnect to new slot and weehey.

The old wheel I had (which i used to play Midtown Madness 2 online, oh the good old days) I chewed along the top part and used to drive it with mouth whilst chewing illepall I think the saliva going into it messed up the sensors so it just kinda...crashed then the pedal springs broke now I am driving with Mouse and joystick. I do have a new(ish) GFX Card, Its a 128MB but it should do the job? I was thinking of getting a 256 next year?

I hate the new control panel i liek to use old settings, and wtf did you do with ur nvidia that it died in 2 mins, chew on it beforehand?

I know that part but long ago *thinks back to vietnam war* I found a guide on how to set up GFX Card and how to make new profile called LFS etc...Where is it?

Until I found out that you can switch off the FPS Reduction I was avaraged at about 10, now its about 20-35, but still where can I set-up my GFX Card.

No more fps at all, anywhere where i can get a guide to seeting up an nvidia card for LFS? Maybe i can get alot more out of it

i am happy at 30-40 fps, might try turning computer firewall off but thats kinda dangerous

from 2 days ago i have had 500 more intrusions and 40 of those were high rated.

Hmm, I think it was the settings i had for GFX Card but its mostly Okay now. So No sweat guys thanks. but if someone DOES compe up with a solution me and nutty would really appriciate it.

its mostly OK now that i turned limit framerate off in lfs and minimum sleep up (muight turn down) but what else could it be :P

Xfire but only today, the problem started yesterday, i think.

Could it be MSN or IE?

The Sound still lags. Although driving is better. I still dont understand why it only popped up yesterday.

It doesnt happen normally since i live in that server.

This started occuring yesterday, when driving in a straight line or turning or when ever, my lfs freezes for about 1 second then unfreezes then freezes and it does this contunuesly, and i can't race and drive properly because of it, whats wrong, is it my settings, gfx card, or internet? Also the sound cuts out every time when this is happening.
