It is 12 hours, and me managing the CITYLIFE server its anoying when you want the wrecker to calm down and want him to stay out for like 1 hour but it ends up being 12. Definetly a must change. +1 for lower minimum ban time.

yes, as I said, They should change the minimum duration for a ban, atm its 12 hours, the server admin(s) should be able to make it somthing like 2-5 hours if they wished, that way the wrecker has time to calm down and learn a lesson.

Autokick wont work, more like auto-ban. Also the bans should be minimin to like 1 hr to let people clam down. Not 12.
