You need to have a slickless setup. try in patch V. kegetys released a Slickmod that makes any car have any tire

I have s1 H and tweak is fine.

I made a replacement Soundpack for horns. It makes them more realistic.
Horn 1 - A generic sedan horn
Horn 2 - A small car horn (Ie. VW Beetle, Mini Cooper Classic)
Horn 3 - Another generic horn
Horn 4 - A generic car horn
Horn 5 - A siren
Horns came from Micro Machines V3 Siren from Midtown Madness 2 (edited by me)
