It's funny looking at the reaction to rain on iRacing. Most people enjoy it, but there are a decent vocal minority on the iRacing forum that hate it whenever it's used. I personally love it on iRacing, but for LFS I think it's the very last thing on a very long list of other possible additions.

A well implemented rain system took iRacing, with a dev team of many people purely focusing on rain, many years to complete, and it still has elements missing from it. I think if we asked Scawen for rain and he fully focused on it, we wouldn't get any updates for years.

Not sure if this has already been answered or not, will we get Bancroft and Fairfield with the update, or are they still WIP?

I think that is harsh, this definitely looks more like something that would exist in real life and I like that of a simulator. I didn't enjoy the original AS2 chicane so much anyway. The only change that I would need to be convinced of is the corner at the far end of the GP circuit, it doesn't look like it fits with the rest of the circuit. But as you said, it's hard to say without driving it.

Navigating roundabouts is pretty awkward in racing situations judging by my experiences with the ones in Blackwood and Westhill.

I love the changes to the actual track, looks more realistic curb and layout wise and there's some fun new corners. Those new graphics are beautiful.

Tried this, turned off the firewall on both my router and PC, neither solve this issue.

As the title says, I can join a multiplayer server, but the mods and skins don't download. I am having a similar issue with trading paints on iRacing.

This issue goes away when I use my VPN, but I'd rather not use that as my ping is higher while using it and it's just a hassle.

I assume that means my router settings are not correct, maybe I need to open a port or something, but I'm not the best at this stuff so I wouldn't know where to start.

Would create even more copyright issues etc. I think it's a great idea, but yet another thing for the devs to worry about.

I seem to remember it is something Scawen planned for the future, maybe once the tyre physics and the graphics are done, correct me if I'm wrong.
