I was in the team vMaxSR, but they sorta stopped contacting its LFS members.
I spent most of my S2 time offline doing hotlaps, so my online stats arent impressive at all. Give me a try! =]
Following the radical changes of F1 cars in 2008 to 2009, which include slick tires and new aero regulations. I was wondering if LFS could keep up with the newest FIA rules and introduce a new 2009 F1 car, as the current F1.06 is a little outdated. It would certainly be a nice addition.
However, I understand that it might not be possible, as BMW would certainly not want to divulge its newest designs. The reason we have an F1 car was because it was outdated.
An F1.09 would be extremely nice, but im not demanding anything. Thanks for reading.
From Oxford dictionary, " Demo (Demonstration): the physical presentation by the sales person to the prospect of how a product works. Generally free of charge to the prospect."
That is what the demo should be - a sort of pick-up game that entertains you for a few days, to let you have a feel of what you will expect if you buy it, and hopefully you will. Nothing more, nothing less.
Last year i watched every single f1 race, and can see that those drivers stomp on the throttle immediately when exiting corners. With TC off they take it very smoothly. This is what racing should be.
^ Exactly the same as me. I change a 'base' setup to suit the track im about to race. I usually change downforce, gear ratios and camber. Takes awhile to get used to it, but you will eventually learn to tweak those WR setups to suit yourself.
The CTRA guys keep wanting us to file reports against crashers, but it really does not help the situation right now, where almost a quarter of the guys do not get through T1 and T2. It is frustrating to get bumped out accidentally, and for some reason the car gets flung high up and smashed around just because of a little knock.
If the damage system online could be like the offline kind, then we wont have this much trouble.
Good work for Webber getting 5th. Heidfeld was fast, pity he mis-timed his refuelling and ended up last after the penalty. Piquet Jr was pretty unlucky there, I was expecting him to pull off a 6th or 7th.
I'm using the MOMO Black right now, and i have to say that it is a really good entry level wheel. It has really good paddles and pedals (lol), but the wheel and pedals became a little squeaky after some use. Overall a very good wheel with solid FFB. The 240 degrees rotation is pretty acceptable for me.
