I'll work on the driver animation and update that at some point.
Regarding Forge, I emailed them personally back in 2022 asking for permission and they responded with the following:
"Hi Jonathan,
I hope you are doing well and thank you for reaching out to us regarding the Forge logo and it’s use in your ‘Live for Speed’ game.
We are more than happy for you to use the Forge Motorsport logo on the liveries in the game, if it’s of any use I’ve attached our usual Brand guidelines that details the best/preferred ways to show the logo. I’ve also dropped a link below to logo files should you need those.
Make sure to send us the liveries when you’ve completed them as we’d love to see what you come up with!"
I always thought this was an absolute swine to drive because its almost as wide as it is long but seems like it is enjoyed by a few dudes, good to know!
I decided to develop my CH3OH OFFROAD mod into a 4 seater.
Well it snowballed into a full blown Sandrail
The main goal for this mod is to be a fun offroad toy to add to the options available on LFS. With some slicks slapped on the back it will easily pull the front wheels off the ground and makes for a lot of fun seeing how long you can wheelie it.
I added some oversized indicators & brake lights on the back, the thinking that it would also double as a great lead car for guys that are into leading cruises on some of the more cruise/ free play type servers.
Here are some screen shots of how it currently looks:
Really cool mod, just needs to have the suspension corrected in my opinion. Mk2 has macpherson strut up front and a solid rear axle, essentially trailing arm
Thanks man, nice to hear someone is enjoying it, I feel like this mod hasn't gotten that much love and I am not sure why, its certainly different to the host of usual mods, but I guess everyone has their own preference
Thats really impressive man, well done for giving it a shot, it goes to show that in life you will never know if you don't try, the worst someone can say is "no"!
