Good question. The difference between what i would expect them to do & what they would actually do would be profound. i.e. they could look in there every time they pass on patrol (which is fairly often) & tell anyone who is parked to get lost, what will actually happen would be absolute jack sh!t.

Disgusting Humans
On returning from the shed where i work today i found a pile of human excrement! :sour: in the entrance to the drive. This entrance is located next to a busy main road. I was absolutely disgusted that an adult would do such a thing in someones private entrance (no jokes pls).
It has happened before so i am very tempted to report this disgusting being to the local police.

That reminds me of the Mortal Kombat death moves, back in my Amiga days.

Just been looking through the results of the big Silverstone race & who do i find crashed of the B final, only Rich Crozier. must of had a moment & binned it.
Care to explain why? Do you think the UK should be treated as a big refugee camp with bottomless pockets. I can never understand why neighboring countries dont help out when people are fleeing?. Went to pick up a mazda track day car from Burton & when i got there the kid started messing me around after three attempts of completing the deal as agreed on ebay he started bullsh!ting me, i got real mad & gave him a serious verbal ear bending as i had just made a 2hour train journey to pick the car up. Damn idiot time waster.

Yes i have read all the examples so far & they are either bike engines, race thoroughbred (extremely rare & expensive) or turbo's, rotary does not count as the stats say in line 4.
I am left wondering where the devs plucked these figures from.
An example of the type of engines you might find in a Caterham style kit car would be Zetec, 4a-ge, K-series all commonly available engines in europe. Toyota did do a 1.4vvt which might come close but i have yet to see a kit car with of those in it.

People dont tend to put specialist engines in these things, they are almost always common easily available engines.

A 1.3 car engine with 140bhp?? Even a well tuned Suzuki swift engine would struggle to achieve 140bhp.

If his car handles like a boat now, how would stiffer springs make it worse?
True they may have negative effects on damping/rebound & such like but overall stiffening it up improves the handling.

. Seriously tho my first attempt @ a self built car where i attached the calipers & plumbed in the brakes. 
I'd rather have less power to start with, get the car properly setup so it stops & corners (well), then i will increase the size/output of the engine.
