Quote from Bean0 :I read on another forum that as he now has 2 reprimands, another would give him a 10 place grid drop. Not sure how truthful that is though.

18) SANCTIONS

18.1 The stewards may inflict the penalties specifically set out in these Sporting Regulations in addition to or instead of any other penalties available to them under the Code.

18.2 Any driver who receives three reprimands in the same Championship season will, upon the imposition of the third, be given a ten grid place penalty at that Event. If the third reprimand is imposed following an Incident during a race the ten grid place penalty will be applied at the driver’s next Event.

The ten grid place penalty will only be imposed if at least two of the reprimands were imposed for a driving infringement.

Quote from CSF :Session of Incident - Race
MPR Timecode -OR- UTC Time of Incident 3h 5mins ish
Lap and Location of Incident 74
Your Car Number 77
Other Car(s) Involved 15
Brief Description of Incident

Er, deliberate wrecking?

SG to car 15, who looked to the right multiple times coming out of T1 with car 77 alongside before moving over, making contact and sending 77 off up the hill.

Quote from E-Z.BasTi :Session of Incident: RACE
MPR Timecode: (Time: 11:20.00 to 11:40.00)
UTC Time of Incident: 16:10:50
Lap and Location of Incident: Lap 4, Corner 16 (?), son't know how it's named
Your Car Number: 09
Other Car(s) Involved: 04

Brief Description of Incident:
Car No. 04 (Western Wolves) with the driver I.Price is driving behind car 09 (RAPTOR-GAMING) with the driver S.Vollak in race lap 4 (Time: 11:20.00 to 11:40.00).

Price is braking late and comes near to Vollak. Shortly before the apex of the curve, Price hits the car’s back of Vollak. During the contact Price kicks onto the throttle again (!) and spins Vollak off the track. Vollak loses a lot of positions.

A totally avoidable accident. The push of throttle again must not be. You can see that very good out of the drivers perspective of Price in his car. If Price doesn’t push the throttle at this moment of contact, which would have been in an "accident" the natural reaction, there had been no accident of Vollak. It seems if he wants to push Vollak out of the way. The situation would have been avoidable and can not therefore be described as a racing accident.

DT car 04 for this avoidable incident.

A shame he had to ignore 4 or 5 SC boards and waved yellows though to be in that position...

She didn't have a hope in hell of obtaining a Super Licence, and it's a shame the only two women in F1 aren't there on merit.

Quote from MAGGOT :I'm not sure a driver can race with only one eye; depth perception is very, very important in racing and with only one eye you essentially have no depth perception.

ISC Appendix L seems to suggest that blindness in one eye for less than 5 years prohibits you holding an international racing licence.

But is there a specific track you'd like cams for?

Should be easy given the .pth file header defines the position or nodes of the sectors IIRC.

The problem with that YF situation was they were waving a yellow then double waved yellows halfway down the straight out of turn 10/11 to turn 12. No wonder people don't slow down for yellows when they are being overused far ahead of the actual incident.

Quote from Crizze :Are there any live stream for this?

Doubt it, if you want to watch it live then use remote or spdo live timing, and the google doc.

Quote from Kid222 :I agree.
Also on restarts, how much is the speed before restart up to the leader? I saw people going 100kph (42) or even 180 (can't remember number) before green flag.

Quote from NDR sporting code : VIII 7. 1. b. On Ovals, the leader must maintain SC pace until any time after a marked restart point, or when the green flag is displayed.

The rules are pretty clear, leader holds SC speed so that everyone behind knows what's happening.

Jack, wait until the end of the current 12 week season so you can see schedules which are going to be used for the next two seasons. Watkins Glen though is on basically every schedule, Mid-Ohio is a cost effective buy as well, but ultimately it depends on what cars you're buying and where you intend to go.

Quote from TFalke55 :Ok. But Kaufmann showed that the regulations can say what they want. I mean he was asked to not race earlier that season in Spa, did not do a single lap at night during the days at LeMans. He did not serve the requirements of being classified "pro" but still was.

It's not like you to talk so much shit Thilo. Kauffman raced at Spa, and did 15 laps over the 3 qualifying sessions last year - otherwise he wouldn't get to race. The only reason his team was in GTE-Pro was to use the latest 458 Italia as it could not be used in the Am category - there are no requirements in order to be in the Pro class, lineups are free.

Quote from TFalke55 :Ask Robert Kaufmann who got a pro license last year for some strange reason

Clealy you don't understand the regulations if you are posting that...

Quote from J@tko :Then there's the Solstice which I drove about 4 laps in before deciding it was rubbish. It is FWD right? I was going through T5 at Laguna Seca, had a bit of a slide on so hit the gas, which then INCREASED the yaw angle and I span Never again. And it has stupid gears

Let's play a little forum game, it's called "guess the winner(s of each class)" - you add up the finishing positions of each car and the lowest wins

LMP1 #2 Audi
LMP1 privateer #21 HPD
LMP2 #38 Zytek
LMGTE-Pro #51 Ferrari
LMGTE-Am #67 Porsche

You can change your vote up until the start of the race and we'll see who the winrar is on Sunday afternoon!

Talktalk's block can be bypassed by using google translate or one of the proxy services like the Pirate Party UK one, even better now that most torrents are using magnet links which can be created out of the hash. http://torrentfreak.com/unbloc ... -is-fun-for-geeks-120506/

Jelavic was always in an offside position, when it was kicked forward by his team mate, hit an Irish player and then sliced to him by another Irishman. Either the linesman/ref are blind, or thought since it came off an Irish guy last that he wasn't offside - but IMV he was surely gaining an advantage by being there...

What was even worse at 3-1 was when the ref had a clear view of an Irish player getting hacked just inside the box but waved it away. He was probably more worried about the Croat who had been down (Ireland weren't putting the ball out for him) who got up as soon as he came over...
