I'm not sure, to be honest I think it's got more to do with being bias-ply.
I recommend everyone gives the L79 a try, it's phenomenal on the NTM, doesn't have any of the usual NTM problems, cold tyres aren't faster, it can slide and be caught, tyres don't turn to mush after 1 tiny slide. It's fantastic, if you're not driving it you're missing out on the best car on the service at the moment.
Metro is growing on me, obviously it's ideal for tablets but I really enjoy using it with a plain old mouse, everything is laid out exactly the way I want with my apps all grouped together and easily visible, it seems to me that people just don't like change.
I also completely disagree that Microsoft have lost the battle, Even Windows RT has massive advantages, running proper Windows 8 on a tablet is 1000x better than running a phone OS. It just needs time to mature and get the proper hardware out for it. Why would you get an android tablet (or ipad), with all it's restrictions, when you could basically get a PC?

Top left switches works like a task switcher, bottom left always takes you to start, or you can just hit the start button on your keyboard. I'm actually enjoying W8.

Max Payne was actually a very good port, so there's hope. I don't give a **** anyway, I'l buy it on PS3, then buy it on PC whenever it comes out, then probably buy it again anyway. I think I've bought the last 3 GTA games at least 3 times each, worth every single penny and a lot more.

Yeah, the truck is almost on rails last season, and the A car is a dumper truck. The truck isn't a bad thing to start racing, can get a race at almost any time of day and it's sometimes fun, especially when it's not at 1.5 milers. The build is delayed so I've no idea how they'll handle this season, they usually change quite a bit.

.Finished the Petit Petit Le Mans in 5th in the 2nd split. Happy with it, no car contacts in the full race and could have fought for the podium if I hadn't ****ed up and started with less fuel than I thought I had. Am loaded with the cold too, was blowing my nose on the straight nearly every lap, it's not easy when the wheel starts oscillating if I let go of it for 2 seconds.

It can be turned off, in the launcher for the game, go into Game Settings, where you change the graphics settings, go to audio and turn off voice chat.
This PC version is a piece of shit. Today, every time I find a match in seasons mode, as soon as it loads the arena, it crashes straight to desktop. If I find a game in the cup, it gets as far as the game loading, then says my squad files are outdated, even though they clearly are not. It used to load up seasons mode and then just leave me stuck in the arena, but now it's not even getting to that stage. Plus, the 40 pages of people on EA forums who can't even get the game past the splash screen. Is it too much to ask to want to boot up Fifa and get a game? Seems like I'm not until it gets patched.

Not sure, apparently it would need a seperate license and no-one has said anything about it. I'm not sure they can make the AI bad enough to replicate how Rangers are playing just now.

I'm glad you've decided how well Rangers will or won't do by the end of the season, based on a couple of league games which came to a team with no pre-season games, which include a couple of 5-1 wins. Beating some shitty record set by Gretna must be about the 100th thing on the list of priorities. Only someone like you would give a shit about a stat like that, as you look for any tiny ammunition you can to use against Rangers. Why are you completely obsessed with them? How about you support your own team rather than concentrating on Rangers for the next couple of years? For someone who hates Rangers, why do you care so much how well they do in the 3rd?
