When you have a look on google, it seems there multiple erros comming from this dll :
- that your nvidia driver should maybe be suppressed before upgrading them
- overheating of some cpu ...

you said it was working fine with previous version, can you do the test with an older version in a separate directory ?
Note that into your event viewer of windows, in application most probably, something should be logged, and could indicate the root cause of the issue you are experiencing. Type "event" in the search engine and select the event viewer. then go to Windows logs and select application. If you do not find anything, you can attach the file here ... (you can export the log with Action\save all events... as a .evtx file)

Other game companies that are DLC frenzy compliant are proposing big discount on their content over the time to boost their sales (main game or DLC) ... LFS is not doing the same policy : 3 DLCs over a free Main game. Requesting to lower the price of DLCs is not very fair ... anyway, 'Scavier' are the only people allowed to answer
NB : I am buying all the DLCs of Total War franchises and Assetto Corsa for example, as they are doing great games I am glad to support, even if I highly prefer LFS Team politics (and I would pay more if needed)

I have a thought for you Scavier having to handle with people doing sabotage ... that is sad, but unfortunately that is part of selling stuffs I guess ... Good to know they will have a little harder time to do again their bs in the future

I got mines too on Monday (one of each ). M size fits my 85kg for 1m75 I will take some pictures when I will find the camera.
