It was fun to look for new combo's, but this topic is a great idea, I think it is good to have some standardisation for the names and combo numbers...if everyone works in its own corner we'll end up with some pretty confusing situations.(I've iframed this topic in our forum)

So great initiative Phill and everyone working on this!

14 months down the road now and the pots from the throttle gave up, so I decided to RMA it. they gave me a new one without even checking the problem..which was cool...

Now for the reason I am back on this topic, I may have had the problem in the centre since day one thinking it was more or less normal, this new wheel has no space in the middle and no knocking noises when you switch from left to right (ffb used to kick in my hand and make the car very unstable in corners when contra steering).

So for the ones who had that problem too, could be an idea to ask for replacement....

Lets hope I get back the few 10's I lost since I had this wheel!

Can't tell you how happy I am to see 7 pages of positive posts in this forum, it is so refreshing!!

It doesn't sound like S3 is any closer than before, but resuming test patch on S2 is the right thing to do to show the community that LFS is not a dead project!!

All interesting stories guys, but it sounds like we are discussing a legal problem in court here, most of you have run servers before and as you know it takes lots of work and dedication to make it work, even more when we talk about demo...so now I wonder how most of you would have reacted if some low life was running a server with the your tag, taking to consideration that he's probably damaging the reputation you work so hard for...and above all he uses a software you have spent 3 years to program (for which you happen to have access as explained in the software manual)...just answer as the gamers we are, not as a lawyer in court...

Probably DDOS his server to death?

Ok the server is back!!

It is now set for the 13 cars using H shifter UF1+XFG+XRG+LX4+LX6+RB4+FXO+XRT+RAC+FZ5+UFR+FZR+FZ2 and for now you are able to change tracks!

EQ Worry has spent 1000's of hours giving us one of the greatest insim for LFS, and he spent an other couples of 1000's on making sure the demo scene would have good quality servers...and now you think that you can use their tag to profit from their good reputation, I wonder who's the bad guy then??

That said, naming and shaming is not allowed on this forum, even more when the unfounded accusations are brought for by the culprit himself...I'd love to get on your back, but it is not our job to police LFS, so I am requesting this topic to be closed or removed asap...
