Only pic i found of the front of the tyrell is this one from what i can make out the logos on the front are something like blue angle and the lower one looks like a small Tyrell logo,

Not sure about the cabin logo, i guessed at a cigarette brand like most cars from that era but couldn't find anything

edit : wow beaten twice, i need to type quicker

Quote from logitekg25 :all of those were amazing, but how did you get the edits done of all the vws'

VWS is usable in CMX viewer, load it up in cmx put a skin on it take screen shot of it in that, cut the VWS out of the ss and then paste/edit into an lfs shot

Also the reason why in all the shots of the vws the number plates read "LFS S2"

Quote from hazaky :A little OT question here, do dell's break down that often? For some reason ive seen alot of problems with dell pc's and one with a laptop that burned up and in the end, it burned down a home. Ive never had one so i cant tell, can any of u?

I use a dell xps laptop that I've had for about 3 years and it's been used pretty much every day, apart from a melted graphics card (pretty common for laptops due to obvious cooling probs) I really haven't had a problem with it. Like you I've heard a few horror stories but after owning one I would recommend them over many others

Quote from bahambug :ok no problem i just though it would be a good edition to see and i felt kinda left out when all my friends had there drivers and that was all i had at the time i wish i still had photoshop cs how would i be able to make it to be seen online? XD trying to skip a author of reading to find out

Why not try gimp its more than adequate for making skins and also free.

As for making skin viewable online you need to be a licensed user to upload them to lfsworld.

You could at least try looking for it before posting a request. The last page of the suit skins thread ...

As for the helmet, maybe post up some reference pics of it to save the person doing it a least a little bit of work.

As Unseen said its just practice, trial and error.

For starters take a look at this guide by Jaz, this shows what percent each logo/shape needs to be scaled for each panel you may still need to tweak the logo if wraps around a curved surface like near bumper corners, wheel arches etc.

The only way to line them up is position your first logo then save the skin and load it into the cmx viewer (as you did for the ss you posted) then if it isnt alligned correctley move the logo slightly re save and click reload in viewer then just keep repeating this until it is lined up correctly.

It can be very time consuming especially when you pick a skin like the one you have chosen with lots of logos that lap over panel edges. Try using the wireframe to get refrence points where the 2 edges meet this will at least give you a rough idea of were to place it.

Not sure how you sort your layers out but I ususally have a "decal" layer that is only used for the logo's, makes it a lot easier if you miss one that is out of place or not lined up and you need to cut it from the skin to reposition it.

Once you've got one or two lined up you will find it easier, just keep practicing, Good luck and keep us updated

If you save the .dds version of the skin in your LFS\Data\Skins_DDS then it will work in LFS. However as its only the 512x512 version then it will be very low res.

I would try uploading the .jpg to the forum again as it should upload it here.

doesn't the "overall effects strength" need to be set above 100% to 101% - 105%, not sure if this is still the case. If it isn't then someone needs to edit the wiki

As far as I know once you click delete it's completely cleared from lfsworld to free up your skin slots
