- When I get the permission from Ecclestone to let it look like the official.
- When Scawen releases the next patch. It's imo pretty useless to have an overlay which only works in singleplayer...
exactly. currently I'm just saving the highest rpm reached.
But my outgauge experimenting got a big hit when I discovered that you don't get any outgauge pacets from other cars in multiplayer (not even speed/rpm);
so no f1 style overlay which works pretty well in single player or your own car in mp ( http://www.kamelstall.de/f1overlay.wmv )
While training driver swaps I got a Drive Through penalty for speeding in the Pit.
Next round I got in to change driver.
"Entered Pit for DT"
Then I stopped on a pit place and a message like "Pit Stop [finished] - no changes were made" came up. But we could change drivers and when the other driver left the pit lane the DT was done.
Got this error twice today while experimenting around with different camera settings using noobTV (see programmer forum).
Probably noobTV is sending negative(?) pitch values to lfs (looking down "more" than 90°).
ok i got rid of colour codes. didn't think about the ^x stuff as it changed with patch q
@Stuff: I connect to my local LFS and wand to retrieve my own lap/split times and not the ones of the other cars. So currently I compare username/lfsworld nick in NPL and LAP packets and use the uniqueid delivered with those packets...
How can i get rid of color codes in insim packets?
When i try to match a "PName" against a string it won't match if the player writes his name with colors...
And if you know an easier way to get the "player controlled car" uniqueid without having the user enter his playername (lfs-world nick is not set in sp) and comparing against NPL packeges, just tell me
