Did you read the "Car Position Packets" part in the InSim.txt file which is about OutSim? (leading to the end of the README.txt) perhaps that helps you

And "Show Images (including attached images and images in [IMG] code)" should be on by default imo :P

Please set the default "Default Thread Subscription Mode" to "Do not suscribe" as I don't want email subscriptions to every thread i reply. And i think many others also don't want it and not everyone checks his preferences first
