A neutral button would probably be realistic:
a) In a sequential gearbox (I only know bikes' gearboxes) you can shift "between" the gears, where you end up in neutral, and
b) with the h-pattern you can always immeadiatly shift into neutral,
so the neutral-button might be a good idea.

If you bought LFS for the valid reasons, you will come sooner or later, I promise . The nice thing is, you can always redownload it and play again - even if you don't like the changes in patch y (which I like).
I like how LFS does nothing to your system files, so deleting and reinstalling is really easy, just like nature intended it to be

I hope you enjoy your break, it'll probably do you good. Even if you don't like patch y, you can still play x10 in offline mode

Only thing I can think of it having that grey-ish stripe on the top instead of red (as an alternative version) or probably a yellow one (though that one may be kinda difficult).

But other than that I can't think of how to do it better

Probably because the MRT "runs out of steam" near the redline, so there isn't really any torque applying to the gearbox

That happens mainly with clutching while shifting, shifting without clutch at all has very little effect on the clutch.
I also noticed the rev drop from 2nd to 3rd is way higher without clutch than with, so that might be the problem...

I don't know what the problem with the clutch is - I recently did 32 laps rallycross with the RB4 (completely manual shifting/clutching), the only thing that broke were the tyres (yes, I didn't think it was neccessary to replace overheated tyres ), the clutch was still fine, even after spinning out a few times.

I guess I have a use for it

And you can't get punished for assumed speeding. There has to be proof that you were actually speeding and how much you were going over the limit. And that's only legal if they used calibrated instruments for measurement.
