My obligatory reply here.
I just don't like the new "look back"-thingy, the old one was nicer (actually looking back). The 45° are more useful though, so I can live with the change
afaik bryan got a s2 license and uses his old (demo) account for posting...
You always jump to conclusions that fast... Next time you'll accuse J.B of using S2 content...
Uhm... did this guy ever think about kicking the door open? I don't think toilet doors should be that hard to break? I mean come on - he had 4 days time to think about it
I find Second Life scary. I mean really really scary. It somehow reminds me of a Matrix prototype, I never want to go there *shudder*
It also seems to be a good breeding ground for hikikomoris
I'm not much a fan of those cruise servers, but I don't mind them either. The only thing that I find annoying about them (and drift servers) is when I browse the host list and think: "Oh, that's a nice combo" - just to find out I can't race there
There really should be a "Race / Drift / Other" filter in the server list (which I suggested quite a few times )
1-2 in qualifying in my first div 3 race - but 2 other drivers ganged up on one of mine and force him into a twin mistake on the same lap, so I ended up finishing 1-8. Still nice to see I'm finally competitive
TBH you have to start somewhere.
A G25 is nice to have, but I wouldn't recommend it for a newbie with wheels, especially because of the price tag on it. A good idea would be getting a used DFP, since it's a decent wheel and not too expensive - or if money is a major issue - the old Wingman Formula F orce GP, which in my opinion is a good wheel for starters.
I have a good dentist
I recently had a rotten nerve in one tooth, since it hurt like hell I made the appointment as soon as possible.
The insane pain came from the nerve dieing, when I finally was at the dentist it hardly hurt anymore. It was pretty fun from that point on, he tested if I could feel cold on that tooth, and since I didn't he just said he'd drill it open and I should tell him if it'd hurt. It didn't hurt after all, but boy that rotten nerve produced a smell that isn't funny anymore. He even took a photo to show me, along with the comment "If that tooth was still alive it should be bleeding right now"
In XP it is - and one of the first thing I do. If there is an important update, I can get it manually. And that way I don't get those "nice" "hotfixes" like the WGA thingy. I really disapprove of software calling home without me allowing it to. I'm just waiting for the day someone manages to spread a worm/virus/trojan via those automatic updates. That'll be a riot
