A stupid idea - offline play is offline play. We don't want LFS to get similar to Ubisoft's latest protection, do we? So, let's LFS scan your entire hard drive for crack.. Your system may work for some time, but then there'll be a crack to crack this system..
In Haapsalu (the nearest town (don't know if the English call it a town, 15 000 people)) the ticket costs 60 US cents, but it did cost 40 cents a few years ago. And that's only the town bus, for that price you can go from one side of the town to another. (Not more than 5 kms).
But to get to Tallinn, it costs about 6-8 dollars I guess (100 kms).
The buses here are ok, except the size of them, there are 2 buses - a very small one and a normalsized. The normalsized one is usually almost empty (~5). But the small one is allways over capacity. When someone complained about it in the local paper, that the bus is FULL when the schoolday ends, the leader of the bus company answered that he checked and the bus was not even half-full at the beginning and end of the WORKDAY.. what an idiot.
How about change the current vouchers to be credit (money) and you could buy however much you like (Ofcours the beginner user will still have to click buy S2 voucher). But when a demo user inserts a voucher into his/her account, he will get more credit, and can click or not click "Buy S1" or "Buy S2". Then, it would also be possible for demo users saying "Buy me teh S2 license" to acquire the money from various users, one throws in 3 pounds, another 6, and then the last one another 3, and the user has a S1 license.
That may be a bit hard, but what about League owners can make a new category in their League-category, and then be able to limit the access to only league racers?
In very easy words, if your 64-bit processor is in 32-bit mode (Using 32-bit Windows Vista for example), then it can sum 2 32-bit numbers with one go, but in 64-bit mode can sum 2 64-bit numbers at one go. So, there is no difference in perfomance if a program only wants to sum 2 numbers equal to or less than 32-bits. And most programs don't support 64-bit either.
No, some satellites are in "one position", it means they move so they look like their standind still from the earth. Ever wondered why Satellite TV antennas are allways pointed in one direction?
About those saying there should be absolutely NO death sentences.. I think that opinion is wrong.. a maniac goes and kills 50 people and you do what? Just put him in the prison where he can live for free until the end of his life.
@theirishnoob - by your actions in this thread I think you should be given a ban not for 5 days, but at least a month.. that was unbeliavable.
I recommend a underground unofficial movie/video called "Ghost Rider" to [motorcycle] speeding fans, they drive up to the speed of 300 km/h in Stockholm (I guess it's stockholm)
Definately foobar - does exactly what it tells - plays music + some little nifty plugins etc. which I don't use. Winamp fans will start talking about organizing their music - I don't find it useful at all, Artist/Album/CD/Song is allways good enough for me.
And axus is right - 192 kbs MP3 is good enough for a PC - when listening music from CDs and a decent set, then higher quality is usually better (that's depending on the music tough)
Oh, and WMP is one of the worst things avaiable, I'm not absolutely sure about audio, but VIDEO is really horrible with that thing.
The start command is unecessary (check the docs/command.txt), in case you want to restart the race, write /restart and a session/race can only be active when someone is in the server.
This is Vic from feelThere. My support guy told me you raised some concern about our activity about LFS. We have a deal with the LFS Folks and it's all OK. We are working with them and selling their product with their permission.
Please be assured we do business in a fair way however we believe this is something that needs be remain between us and our business partners and not the general public. Now we are asking you to stop accusing us and refrain from this activity immediatelly.
EDIT: Tried it, it's pretty good, the overall driving is fine, looks good, but it's still too arcadey - some stupid points system and only chase view, if anyone knows another realistic city driving game with other vehicles (This is the only thing RoR lacks), where you can drive something big, please share..
