50 000 Pounds a year . I knew money was a different thing in UK, but.. Estonian average is about 4 625 pounds a year, people on that position probably get 2 times more, programmers get three times more, but it's still much..
I understand why most people make installers, it's just because a nonadvanced user will come and ask - What do I do with this .zip file? Where do I extract it. What do I do now, I can't see it on my desktop..
How the hell do you do that, just do it the way that when you press the button on the left (top), you look left, and when you press it on your right (top), you look right, how hard is that to remember?
Heh, that's a little too high price here, yes, and I don't want anything very high price as my dad is going to get himself a OpenMokoas soon as it is useable.. and he has a E60 .
Think I'm just going to get myself the phone with the lowest price then..
EDIT: And I think we found something, E50 which is avaiable both with a camera and without it, same price class, but more stuff, and better display size/pixels
I've been looking for a mobile phone for a month now, before someone threw my old one in water and I don't feel like getting a new battery. The problem with me is that I, here comes, DO NOT want a camera. I've been searching and there are hiprice business phones with everything and no camera, which are too expensive for me, and then there is the lowest class, with nothing special. The only phone I've found and that is almost OK with features is Nokia 3109 Classic, but I'm afraid the screen is too low resolution for reading mail and browsing the web.
And after reading you've probably understood that I want internet, so at least EDGE would be nice.
One word answers this: VFR Flight. You won't need any instrument navigation skills with that, I find it pretty fun to fly looking at the ground to find that way and then asking ATC "I am unfamiliar with this area, could you give me directions to Seaforth VRP.." Ofcourse that's when you're not a jet fanboy
@Micaoct - it doesn't seem to be hard at the beginning, but if you try it yourself it's ouch.
@Franky500 - yes you should.. you have so damn hard ATC exams there in UK, but STILL you have these damn youngster Students who're really new.
I've done 70 hours on VATSIM (most of it with proffesional ATC) and I think about 100 hours offline.
Meh, piston prop planes don't have a lot of switches. Throttle, mixture control, (on some propellers) propeller speed, (on proper workhorse planes) carburator heat, magnetos, flaps, starters, battery and a bunch of other things.
On bigger things like Boeings it's only a lot of switches in the beginning
This is an old thread, but..
Ian.H, you're making a huge thing of a little widget.. I hate things with installers, which don't need them (some super-tweak programs need to make some changes here and there, but they should make a manualguide too)

By the whole life, I meant driving a real car... altough that's not completely true, as noone can drive a car on official roads before 16 (or 18 in some countries). After thinking a bit, I agree that's not the same.
