OOps my bad!
Surely LPG is already in quite large demand as in heating etc....?
But as sure as eggs are eggs, once the major petrol stations get their sticky fingers on it the prices will go up. ATM IIRC the price of lpg is frozen till 2009/2010, then it'll rocket. Going from diesel at 120p/l to lpg at 54p/l is quite attractive.
Bottom line is that lpg will (maybe??) never be as expensive as petrol / diesel as its a by product. So for the time being i'll enjoy the benefits. But yeah, eventually the Government will bugger it up!!
I've just sold my 2.0 TDCI Mondeo and bought a 2.4 V6 Merc and put an LPG kit on it for the cost of selling mondeo. 54p / litre. It'll cost roughly the same running the merc as it does the mondeo.....!!!
mmmm bummer, for some reason i get 'core.exe' has stopped working..... running vista aswell, just checked rscnet and there isnt a solution just yet....d 'oh.
I've been dabbling with hotlapping lately and noticed that times are stored under the Nutter rank, how do you get times into the MHR ranks and what is MHR?
It changes from crying to "where's my..... i want my....... thats not fair......... he hit me..........."
I've got a 6 and a 4 year old, this is when they seem to make the most noise.
At least with a baby its usually food or wind and once you've done those they are quiet again. How its 12 hours full on. Still at least LFS keeps them quiet!!!
My question is should Rossi have stuck with the Michelin tyres?
Or are Bridgstones better suited to his Yamaha with higher track /air temperatures which we'll probably get during the normal day races...
And you wonder why....?
Blame the movie industry for the stupid car related films, such as 2 fast 2 stupid, they produce. Kids then try and replicate what they see in their riced up 1.0l fiesta and go and stuff it into the nearest lamp post.
The trouble is any berk can hold it together for 30-40mins to pass a driving test and then go berserk straight after.
It doesnt matter whether you've watched these dire films or not, as a teenager, you are full of testosterone, impressionable, likely to show off driving and get it wrong. I know, I was one. I was trying to be Ari Vatenen. And got it wrong a couple of times. http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=Pbl8LgLXwRo
In fact come to think of it when i passed my test in 1989, the insurance for a 17 yr old (me) in a ford escort mkII was £300 and I only paid £300 for the car, so insurance has gone up relatively over time. I was being ripped off for being young and inexperienced, just like you are now.
Yup, but its HOW fast you go slowly, the uf1000 rewards those who can drive smoothly. There is much skill needed to keep the UF going as quickly as possible with out unecessary braking and or turning.
Yup the happy hardcore days were pretty good. I found this the other day http://www.backtotheoldskool.co.uk/ and theres some good choons in there. We used to goto the Fantazia do's, Donnington Park was incredible. Pity its so sanitised these days.
Woohoo, didnt think anyone out here would mention this!!
I was a cheezy quaver in the early 90's and Fabio n Grooverider were the best!! Anyone remember The Edge in Coventry, they always played the darkest dnb. Goes to find old tapes.....
something odd about Woz getting his knuckles wrapped for asking the question about why Kunos posts in netbike but not about details of the patch.......
