That could actually work, STCC could become the official LFS league, and scavier could use parts of the broadcasts in future adverts.

I think the CTRA servers are a huge reason for some people to play LFS.

There is no logical reason to remove a car from the game.

Its actuay used to know how much your car is oversteering or understeering. Racers put the tape on their wheel, drive one lap slowly. Then, the next lap they drive fast, and because the wheels doesn't have as much grip when driving fast, the position of the tape would have moved.
This way they know how to adjust the car further.

Maybe this is a bad idea, but whatever. Just something that crossed my mind some minutes ago, so I haven't really thought it through.


Would it be possible to get a league system integrated into LFS?

My thoughts sounds like this:

In the main menu you get a new button "Create/Manage leagues".
Inside, you choose which server the league system should get its stats from.
When the qualifying starts, you type the "Get info for league" so that the league system gets it stats without getting stats from all the trainings.

The league admin have to choose the drivers, easily done by typing in the usernames to the league.

After each race the results and some stats will be automatically updated and found on LFSworld or on your own site if you like.
Cars, times, best laps, pb's, place started and place ended and so on.
It could allso save the table for each round, which would give the drivers a chanse to look at the progress they've made.

This would probably require allot of coding, so I guess Scawen wouldn't even think about it. But is this something that victor could do, or maybe even an LFS fan thats really good in coding stuff (Becky Rose, hi ) could do, so that Scawen could easily implement it if he saw it good enough.

Think it was a LX4 race at westhill. Don't remember the lap count.

Anyway, I were leading by a mile (wow), were through the last corner, gotten my speed well up on the start/finish straight. Think I were just a couple hundred meters from the finish line ... then I got disconnected. Would have been my first win on the CTRA X system if I remember correctly.

Well, it wasn't emarassing since it wasn't my fault (though I could have been faster, lol) but I just had to write it. hehe

Nice. Just made the first render a bit smoother in the middle. Though the shadow isn't as good on this.

Want to add a few thigs to it though.

When you join a team, you should do a little effort to be active,
both in the forum and online. Its no point in being in a team just
to get the cool skins and the respected team tag beside your nick.

Noticed this many times. Some times it even happends the other way round. Crashing, looking at the damage tingy where it states that the car is heavily damaged, but I still can drive like nothing happened.

I hope the damage detection gets a work before S2 final.
