Which is the size or your screen? So if I get a 16:9 screen and set is as extended desktop I can use my laptop at 1680x1050 and that one at 1920x1080 at the same time? Any disadvantage doing this?

Well maybe some of you have noticed we went from 4:3 screens to 16:10 and nowadays we're suffering another change: to 16:9. So, with the same aspect ratio than a widescreen TV and the HDMI connection, basically they want to minimize the differences between both.
Does anybody has a 16:9 screen? I'm considering buy one an set it as extended desktop with my laptop, but not sure if I can have problems because my laptop is 16:10 1680x1050. Isn 16:9 fine for design and 3D modelling? Otherwise there are still some 16:10 out there...

Since I'm Spanish I don't buy music. If I download a song and it sounds bad I keep downloading it until I get the right one. If all of them suck I just keep one, less is nothing

Maybe you have System Restore activated, it´s crap. You can also try to clean the system with CCleaner, Advanced Vista Optimizer or any other kind of software for that purpose.

You install the navigator software (TomTom, iGo, Garmin...) and then the maps you want before going to any trip. Downloading on the fly might be an option for emergencies.

Anyway, boot the system in safe mode and try it. I dunno if it's possible but you can customize your Windows disc with nlite/vlite and remove whatever you want.
