There's a gap in the bodywork between the front wing and door on both sides, and smaller one by the rear door on the passenger side.

The thick black lines to simulate panel gaps looks a bit strange too.

Why the extra array? You can do:

X = BitConverter.ToInt16(blockByte, 0) / 16f;
Y = BitConverter.ToInt16(blockByte, 2) / 16f;

Can you make the wheel hubs stay in the correct position? Same with the front...
Layouts not persisted on LFS hosts.

Purchased a server for the new update and started updating layouts to allow for larger vehicles, saving with /axsave.

Stopped and started the LFS server to update from W57 to W58.

Discovered the layouts saved with /axsave no longer exist.

Is it intentional that layouts saved with /axsave are not persistent into my account? Cos it surprised me (and I've got a bit of rebuilding to do...)

45° actually. I don't know how low is realistic but it certainly surprised me!

Presumably this is a bug in the vehicle mod? In which case, report it to the author, don't ignore it.

Looks good when not moving. Can the hubs and axles be detached from the body and attached to the suspension/wheels instead?

Yes, consider it potential future use of the currently unused flags byte, and leave it as is for now.

There's already ~ 185 mods, so limiting this to 120 mods seems insufficient.

Will sending two packets cause the second to override the first, or will they cooperate?

As there is no flag to disallow, only allow, I think only the last packet will be active.

Maybe we just need to be a bit more selective in which mods we allow Big grin 120 is no doubt plenty for a non-cruise server, after all...

Driver's position seems to be a bit low. And yeah, this should weigh about 4 times what it does.

Rear suspension geometry or settings seem a bit odd, loads of negative camber affected by mass.

I noticed that adding a restriction to an electric car doesn't update the power-weight ratio, though the power is reduced.

Engine sound clips every time the accelerator is used...

Not a bug, audio clipping prevention is turned off when in the engine audio editor. If your engine is louder in the editor then it means it is clipping (along with the red CLIPPING warning)

Pretty nice but from inside everything is very dark! Also are you able to tweak the default angle of the rear view mirror, it's half roof... (I know we can individually but)

Very minor glitch, can see through the car where it's highlighted.

This mod is just someone messing around. Previous versions of this same mod were:

Playing this in VR, it's very noticeable that 1) it's massive! 2) it's draughty as there's a large gap all around the doors...

Best mod so far, makes me smile almost as much as riding my real bicycle Big grin

Quote from Scawen :Update W51

LFS:
Improved bike handling at low and medium speeds

Thanks this is much improved. I don't know if this is particular to the Mosquito model or something in the game, but at around 10 km/h, with no brake input, the front tyre scrubs a lot leaving a black trail... Seem more noticeable with the clutch in.

Number plates on the standard LFS cars are white in front and yellow at the rear, which matches the UK system I guess it's just me that's being irritated by most mod cars (with plates) ignoring this convention and go with white/white (or sometimes random colours...)

Shouldn't the rear number plate should be yellow like the standard LFS cars?
