Ehrm... no.
The foto and videos of his test in Mugello were embarassing, the lap times given totally fake... but still i bet that he sure can drive anything with 4 weels!
KTM, Aprilia in the future, maybe MV Augusta (crossing fingers...), hmm SBK starting to be even better than it was! Weeee!
Oh and i read somewhere BMW has interest in sbk...
Yep congrats to Toseland, but i was cheering for Haga... not bad season anyway Bayliss driving like mad with slow 999 Haga going fast with tyre eating yamaha and Biaggi making some good race on suzuki. Toseland did a lot of good races and some bad ones, i think he risked more to lose championship than others winning it
Let's see next year what happen, but i really dont like the 1200cc thingy. If you want to have 2 cylinders less that's your problem...
Then my bad as i didnt understand you! Well that's the problem with Ducati, they always want to stick with "tradition". Tecnically speaking the 2 cylinders for example (why 1200 2cyl and 1000 4cyl? If you do a 2 cyl that's your problem dont ask for more displacement!), pilot speaking i agree that having Rossi is a huge advantage but this year they demonstrate that thay dont need that. And how they treated poor Capirex is a shame, after all the time in past years in wich was Ducati and Bridgestone that didnt go fast and he always drived very well.
Instead of helping him and giving another year to show that was a bad season they fired him! If Stoner had a good bike that was because Capirex developed the bike during all this years! Makes me remember of how they treated Bayliss... but good Troy showed them he wasnt a finished pilot... and i bet Capirex will do good also in Suzuki.
But yes you are right about this italian bike and italian pilot thingy, how they manage to keep the embarassing Lorenzo Lanzi for all the year (hiring a guy in the official team after only 2 good race is more than trusting him)... but hey next year will come Micheal Fabrizio! Hope he will do something better! As his season in dfx wasnt all that good...
If you read Rossi book that happened for real, but Valentino didnt agreed on the tecnical part (No control on developement). But that is what Valentino said. Maybe he was just asking too much money
I agree too with Quicksilver, traction control is at is best/worst now.
Just look at how they give gas in onboard cam it's scary!
Hoping to be in Vallelunga for the Superbike race, meanwhile i found this on youtube... ahh sweet memories
Very interesting season and congrats to Stoner for his awesome driving!
However i dont like this new 800cc formula, they seem to "drive" like 250cc rather than powerful 1000. That's why some of the good pilots didnt had feeling for the new bikes, and traction control is really huge. (on camera car you can see pilots giving gas in a quick and insensate manner, if you dont have a good traction control that will result in killing yourself on a 230hp bike...). The old 1000cc were a bit more selective, and the old 500cc two strokes were REALLY selective with a power curve like: gas... nothing... nothing... nothing... boom!200hp! (does someone remember McCoy making big slides (drifting) with the 500cc? He was really mad!)
I would like to see no traction control, that would make more difference and separate good pilots and real champions.
Let's see if next year Rossi can transform the m1, Stoner make Ducati even better and... Capirossi help Suzuki make a good bike. And Nakano express finally his talent with a good bike!
Oh and Michelin make competitive tires in at least half of the races...
Sorry but as i dont watch F1 i dont know what they are speaking about.
Alonso was referring to something he has done during the race, and he did it on purpose. Massa when heard that Alonso did it on purpose goes totally mad.
Now that i used "scare the whole family" volume setting i think Alonso said -"i had contact with everyone and no problem... the only one that is pissed about that it's you"- Well not exactly perfect translation but you get the point
Still it's difficult to understand that part because Alonso isnt speaking very loud. Both of them however speak italian very good. And they also know lot of bad words...
Alonso: i have done it on purpose.
Massa: What? On purpose?
Massa: Go ****. You win and you say that? You ****.
Alonso: /something about heidfield and something that it's permitted to do. Maybe about a past contact?/ sorry cant understand.
Massa: You win and you do that? Learn! (Italian way to say you are a moron)
Alonso: No you learn!
Alonso: I stayed (means raced) with every one in the world (referred to other drivers, he means no problem with others), and when 3 laps last we made a contact.
Massa:Yeah you have done it on purpose, so you done it on purpose also in Barcelona? (retorical)
Massa: You done it on purpose... Learn! Learn...
Alonso cheers... and i think Massa says a bad world in portuguese...
And believe me, they dont like flight/sims at all.
My dad was a military and later airlane pilot but he is more interested in lfs
than in any flightsims.
"Ohh look at the car whoooo" Me playng LFS
"Still playng that silly games? /shakes his head and go away/" Me playng any flight sim.
hiroshima guy:- Dunno about your country but usually you can try to become first a military pilot and later an airliner, so you have an huge help from tax payers to pay your training!
Edit:- I personally like il-2, perhaps not so realistic, but great fun and NO hugeloads of key to remember... guns throttle flap gear are the ones you need to remember!
Edit2:- Oh yes and control+E it's also a good one to remember...
It's nice, and it's about one of my favourite planes
Dont have any comment on it, to me it's ok as it is.
So how i add 12.7mm gun pods to mrt? Cant find the option in setup menu!
Everyone knows goalies are the best skating guys on the team
I think first thing to do is learn "edge" feel. Like going around/turning with one foot only experimenting both edges; there are a lot of drills for that that my english cant explain .
I'm sure some of the Canadians members here can explain it.
But do yourself a favour and get into hockey.
It soo boring going at public skates doing laps after laps... bah!
Yup, fruity loops, can be very very powerful, as everything needs to be mastered!
I personally like it a lot, to me it's a very simple and versatile program, spend time by clicking everywhere (after tutorials of course) it's one heck of a strategy! Very effective!
