Quote from Gutholz :old picture from last week

ups... should be better now

EDIT: IF, as your picture suggests, the RBB makes its own coverage of this race, I bet our stream would still have more people watching it^^

CityLiga 19 - Round 6 Livestream (FZ5&RAC@AS2)

Like last season, we move to Aston with the FZ5. However, unlike last season the RAC is also a choosable option for the two sprint races of 31 laps each. With this beeing the only windy event of the season it'll be interesting who manages these conditions the best.

In the championship CoRe C.Winkler leads from EM.Marcel and GenR Dom. Schippi already has 100 points deficite to CoRe C.Winkler. In the team's championship CoRe Racing has an undisputed lead, being the only team to have a four-digit point standings.

timetable FZ5&RAC@AS2 (UTC)

19:15 start of the livestream
19:30 Start of the qualification (10 minute, 2 shot)
19:45 Start of the first sprint race(31 laps)

Quote from delis :I think the idea itself is great, but what will happen, if the cutting happened unintentionally? For example your own mistake by bouncing there from another car who is not letting you pass, a crash, slow car, or anything else unusal in place where there are no other options than to avoid it by cutting that specific corner. You could still get penalty for that could you?

that's why I thought the people logged in with admin password should get the messages, so they could take a look at it and eventually either cancel the penalty or let it run in that =0 mode to decide on their end when it is worth a penalty. That counts for league racing, for public racing the n one has to test what is a sensible figure, but if you cut 5 times without need and the sixth time you have to to avoid an accident, it would just be bad luck in that example, but still an unforced error by the one cutting the previous times. If you want to exceed this, you have to take the responsibilities for it.

@ rosewood2: You are probably right... but I think an upgrade should only occur when the penalty was not served:

/setpenzone=5
warning, warning, warning, warning, warning, dt (served), warning, ...
warning, warning, warning, warning, warning, dt (not served), sg, ...

@ Gutholz: I, for my taste, rather have things like this or like an in-game tracker, I once had the idea for here as well, hard coded in the game, sothat one does not have to rely on third party products, especially when these things are helpful for racing.

After discussing Round 4 of CityLiga 19, thinking about how to solve the cutting issue on some tracks (especially open configs and autocross layouts), the idea of Australia's V8 Supercars struck my mind: For some circuits they have a certain cutting tolerances, e.g. cutting the corner four times a race won't harm you, you just get warning(s), but on the fifth occasion you get a drive-through-penalty.
How about a circle (like for the path checkers) you can simply place where you deem it necessary: Drivers would get a warning in the chat, admins would get a notification in chat. Also server admins could set the number of cuts they tolerate, which are not shown to the drivers however. Some command line like /setpenzone=n, with n being any positive number excluding 0 would be the number after how many cuts the driver gets penelised, 0 would just create a chat message.

E.g.:
/setpenzone=5
warning, warning, warning, warning, dt

/setpenzone=0
warning, warning, warning, warning, ...

A lawn-mower in the city!
Today noone is disturbed by the sound. Well partly because it is a Formula Student car, but that makes fun either way. But be careful, there is a very mean chicane, which has nothing on its mind but to turn anyone's race into a hellride.
Who wins? Chicane or driver? Tune in to Simrace.TV and watch it live.

Skins are reffered to as car textures here, and they are usually in square formats so you won't find 3840x2160 skins here.

do you mean menu screens or so?

Round 4 of CityLiga 19. We're like the last times back on Channel 5 of Simrace.TV with a very special race. The very layout (slightly modified) was used in a championship years ago. This time it was chosen by the drivers, who voted in a poll. It won agains FXO&XRT@KY2r and GT1@KY1B. Who will win this lottery?

In yesterday's streamed race we whitnessed a huge wall of cars.

Quote from Slovakia ring :http://media.giphy.com/media/ToMjGpQyDWFKSH5NUKk/giphy.gif

This might not change today as the CityLiga moves to Blackwood Rallyecross West with the RB4 GT cars (Of course we hope it does change). After two rounds CL15 champion HoR Schuhti leads from CoRe C.Winkler, defending CL champion. So the top two most succesful drivers (depending on the definitions) are fighting for the next points.

timetable for RB4@B23 (UTC)

18:15 start of the livestream
18:30 start of the qualifying session (10 minutes)
18:45 start of Heat 1 (Group A) 16 laps

CityLiga 19 - Round 2 Livestream (NGTRs@SO4)

Dear racers,

CityLiga heads to the origin of its name - the streets of South City and combines them with the NGTRs. We're also back on Simrace.TV sothat this time stabil streaming can be provided.

In the two sprint races of Round 1 HoR Schuhti scored the most points with the CoRe duo C.Winkler and L.Kovacs close behind. After one round obviously nothing is decided. Schuhti and C.Winkler are also the winner and the runner-up from the last CityLiga NGTR race, the second sprint race of round 5 from Fern Bay in CL18 (the first was won by P.Schülter). The rest of the current Top-6 however did not score good results in that round. All are probably keen on changing this tonight.

timetable for NGTR@SO4 (UTC)

18:15 start of the livestream
18:30 start of the qualifying session (10 minutes)
18:45 start of the Top 6 hotlap qualifying (1 lap)
18:55 start of the race (42 laps)
