The opening post should be up to date. Teams that signed up with starting numbers which are already taken (and therefore are not approved) are notified.
Qualifying will run from 26 Mar 2016 15:30UTC until Sun, 3 Apr 2016 15:30UTC. Drivers can drive as many laps as they wish to. A team needs at least one timed lap to be allowed to start the race. E.g. it is enough that one driver of the team sets a lap. If more then one driver of a team sets a lap time, the faster time will be taken for the starting line-up. The end of the qualifying also marks the deadline for changes to the team's line-up, class or car.
The qualifying password will be published here, so teams, that sign-up can directly do qualifying, even when noone's sending them a password. Please always drive with your correct name format on the server, so it is easier to do the qualifying results.
The drivers 17 OPEL™ KÀKÊ (KAKE99) and J-N Motorsport (]tomi[) are banned from the series' server for joining and vote banning a driver until Tuesday, December 18th 2018.
Throughout last season and the first race of this season, we have witnessed an ever-increasing number of drivers who use button clutch. We consider this an unfair advantage and will therefor no longer allow this to happen. From Round 3 onwards, it will be mandatory for all drivers to use auto clutch to level the playing field. The only exception is that drivers, who use a H-shifter, will be allowed to use an axis clutch.
Breaking this rule will lead to a warning on the first violation. Should the driver in question continue to break the rules, he will receive time penalties or even disqualifications.

Ehm... FZR Freaks are 3 drivers. The fastest driver cannot make the Round. The team would have gotten a penalty for their fastest driver not racing. However, you race alone and therefore don't cause a penalty to your teammates.
By the way, just to rule it out in the future, no conditioned requests and no change-of-mind. This shall only be the ultima ratio.
Here we list decisions that are either not specifically mentioned in the rules but are fulfiling the spirit of the rules.
Decisions:
eX.R Blacky (MG-NA3) may drive for eXtrem Racing #1 and eXtrem Racing #2. eXtrem Racing asked for one of their drivers driving on two cars during one race. This was granted as (thanks to /setlap) no tracker is used during the race.
cq.arco (przemek21061995)'s time will be ignored in first round's qualifying session. The team of FZR Freaks reported their driver cannot make Round 1.
The drivers 17 OPEL™ KÀKÊ (KAKE99) and J-N Motorsport (]tomi[) are banned from the series' server for joining and vote banning a driver until Tuesday, December 18th 2018.
Driver eX.R Asco may (Ascona b) drive for eXtrem Racing #2 in Round 3. Since it is not possible to edit oneself out of a team and into another, he asked to take his teammate's car, who is not makeing it to today's race.
For those having driven the FZR in GT2: The times are tracked but don't appear in the standard !top list. This is nothing to worry about. Until the end of Qualifying, use !top fx2+fz9+xr2
@Gutholz: It will be between 80-120kph (50-75mph) behind the pacecar, probably in Tarzan slower. Once the safety car goes to pitlane the leader controls the speed, once the "green" is signaled, overtaking is allowed.
Thanks for reporting. I try to evaluate how far you can go there and put a concrete wall there. Tyre walls have the iffy problem that it might not stop you and if they do, and someone else happens to go off there shortly after, it might not stop him.
EDIT: If you like give that layout a test, it should work but if you have some feedback, you are welcome. Importance for me was a) it is far enough away from the auto-spec zone, b) it has a concave shape
