I guess Autocar doesn't give a city estimate to compare with? G!NhO's right too, they always skew the numbers in their favor. As for 28mpg, that seems like an Ok stop'N'go number to me, especially considering what I've seen of Hong Kong roadways/traffic! Also, congrats on the purchase! ..time for pics.
Haha, gotcha.. & don't feel tooo outta place about your phone. I've got similar & finally attached a giant letter J to the back. Decided if everybody could have Smart phones, i-Phones & whatnot, I must have a J(unk)-Phone. Also @ the minivan thing.. dunno what you were driving, but I'm sure it was at least as deserving of a pic!
WHAT!!!!!!!!!!! :eye-poppi For that type of awesomeness, (knowing about us normal peeps you're gonna tell about it), ya pick up a disposable or somthin!
It's Ok, I can't wrap my head around this silly poke and/or hellaflush stuff, myself. (other than maybe the ability to look fast while sitting still, for some of it ) For me, form follows function & IMO, the result tends to look beautiful. (in terms of cars I mean of course) I guess I prefer noodles though too, haha.
Interesting.. though still, I've seen drifting on your awesome level, (from similar cars), without going to such extremes. (both technically or visually)
From the self professed, (and video proven), reckless driver.. But yes, I do realize everyone's driving style is different etc. I doubt it really warrants such extreme camber tho. (unless one learned to prefer said setup because they wanted to look "cooler" in the process, as well as destroy as much rubber as possible while doing so, lol)
I didn't pick up on that one till it was pointed out.. LMAO!! dadge
EDIT - Scrabby, if ya see this I've gotta ask, do you really need sooo much camber up front? I'm not a drifter so maybe so, but I can't help but feel I've seen some pretty epic drifting, (at all speeds), from cars that didn't look like their front suspension was broken.. (I know the dangerous & silly sidewall stretch isn't required, lol)
Looks pretty good.. that said, and everybody's got their own opinion, but I think a car looks better when the bottom line flows from front to rear. So many people seem to try & make their car appear lower than it really is by sticking a front lip/spoiler on that's way lower than the rest of the car though. (almost the only visual change I'd make to yours) Not only that but it just means it'll get scuffed and/or damaged more easily. My .02c, not that ya asked for em.
Thanks & back 'atcha. It was a killer road trip, (top-down the first 1700 miles!), that took me from WV to Phoenix & back. The mountain shots are from the CO Rocky's, (where I'm thankful to have family). Got a bunch more great shots I thought about posting, but refrained since they were from my car, rather than including of it.
"Massive" doesn't cover it.. the thing's 11098x7915. Nothing even show up here unless I zoom in & then the bottom half never loads in. (I've got 10mb down) Why not downsize & post like the rest of us?
