Get on board with some other commentators, or just do your own broadcast of a league race. Sadly enough your hard work is being wasted on racing footage that no-one finds appealing. Your commentary is good, but no-one wants to watch AI or unskilled drivers running around a track, sorry.
I really appreciate the fact that your trying. Just go ahead and take this to the next level. When you do, you will get the opinions and reviews you've been looking for.
It's really just a combination of levels, color curves, light rays, proper lighting, and playback speed. I find that 1.2 speed on the playback looks much better than 1.0.
I really like how you didn't repetitively use effects on the same beats of the song. I typically like to try and stay symmetrical in that respect, but I loved the fact that I never knew what was coming. I might try being a little less symmetrical myself.
Thanks for the comments guys. I hope to do more work with the H2H team soon.
Just to inform everyone, the CoRe 08 video has hit a snag, so that project might be slightly behind. I have other projects going that are secondary, but the 08 video might not be ready until Q2.
I notice quite a bit of blur on the cars. You might be recording to many FPS. If you want that effect, it's nice from time to time. Just wanted to make sure you know that if you want it crisp and clean you need to record at less FPS, and decrease the speed you record. Also, if you have your Vegas setting to "best," it will do a similar effect. Preview looks much better.
Regardless of who did or didn't spectate after rolling, that's something admins need to keep a little closer eye on. IMO, if a car rolls and spectates there should still be an SC irregardless, and those drivers should be penalized in the future.
It's in sync for me... I think it's just that I started using a different note of the song to sync to in the 2nd half. Mainly because the drums in the first half are so weak that it wasn't strong enough for scene breaks.
