I told you the problem I was having, two other people jumped into the conversation and said yes that exact same problem has been happening to them only on LTC
If your opening explanation of the issue is "get a better connection" do you really expect anyone to take you seriously if it's followed by "omg you're ****ing retarded"
No, I informed you about an issue on the server to which you replied "get a better connection" when I explained that it's not my connection as the problem is specific to LTC server despite other people stating they suffer the same problem on LTC you said it's not the server and proceeded to treat it like a personal attack on your programming and had a hissy fit.
After your mindless rant was over which included an array of various insults and swearing I informed you that if you were to calmy explain the reason rather than assuming I was an internet programmer and pointing out my limited knowledge of the subject - which was followed by an immediate ban.
Put it this way, I'm a metal engineer, if I produced 300 parts for a client which later told me 4 pieces had an irregularity in the steel, I would not jump down their throat demanding they tell me the flash point of iron oxide.
I was under the impression you wanted to run a server which boasted better admins than that of WKD or TC, though today you have proven that you're no better than the wankers over there too.
I'm a racer at heart, I cruise when I feel like LFS'ing while doing other things like web browsing, msn ect
Got banned due to asking for a better explanation of why I lose connection on only LTC when I join the race.
I apologize krammeh, I had no idea you were on your period.
I am a tad disappointed I put in about 600km into LTC and actually thought LTC was good for a cruise server, but again this just proves that cruise server admins are big headed ego trippers.
To be honest I think you look at it the wrong way.
Sure everyone here consistently throws puns at each other but I wouldn't consider it abuse. Spend some time on 4chan so you can witness that community.
If you feel as if people here are too mean or childish then I'm sure you can find a nice Mormon society to spread your wings
Mouse cursor automatically goes inside the screen, It's not really a bug, but I use dual screen and I like to have the window on my main screen maximized but not full screened so I can click off to my secondary screen or change the window size, however with the new patch I'm unable to change window size or move my mouse cursor away from LFS at all, must alt-tab
As I said I do it when I'm bored, I only use the RB4 for actual racing if it's a rally track, I don't particually find the RB4 fun for anything other than messing around or tormenting cruise cops.
Though the main point of my post was not comparing a sport famous in Iceland to a hatch made by ford.
It was that the RB4 diff even when locked behaves in the same manor as an open diff when placed on a steep grass incline with a high gear ratio.
Not completely related to topic, but some times I get bored and like to setup the RB4 as a rock crawler, even with locked diff front and rear, when trying to get up that steep hill on the FE chicane the car will spin as if it has an open diff.
A dead straight high speed road would get very boring very quickly but if you could make it into some kind of circuit then it has the possibility of being fun.
Here's my idea:
A highway like course with variations of curves with no or very small road camber, nothing a TBO couldn't take at under 200km/h, with at least one section being 3-4km long without having to brake, at each end of the speed sections have a hairpin or two 90 degree bends which would be 60-90km/h corners, the total length of the track being 12-18km per lap with various shortened configurations available. The environment of the track does not have to be overly complex in detail, perhaps a few farm houses and windmills which follow a Netherlands like theme.
Keeping a varying track width of 2-4 lanes I think that this could make for some very fun and interesting high speed racing which would require skillful drafting while still having to maintain good driving line and braking points.
I've been having a small problem with my G25 lately on moderate to high feedback.
The problem I'm having is that the wheel it self is losing absolute center, I've noticed that it happens if I counter steer with force.
For example if I were to release the wheel for a second as I allow slide my car around a corner then fight the feedback as I straighten the wheel, the in game wheel will appear be straight but the G25 will be 1-5 degrees off center.
I guess what I'm asking is if this problem is fixable or is this just general wear and tear.
