You can't run Win32 binaries with Mono.

Mono can only run CIL binaries (and not all of them).

If it fails via PHP, it might be because it's expecting an X server (it's been a while since I ran LFS in wine), so you might need to pass some ENV variables to it.

Reminds me of something that I wrote a long time ago: https://github.com/gu3st/SLI-JS/tree/master/src

It works with an SLI-M, but I created a web interface for it (becuase I could) as a mirror to what the SLI-M would display.

No clue if this would still work in modern LFS, but it's fascinating and reminds me of something I wrote before.

It's always a good learning experience to write things using something you find fun and enjoyable.

That said, the communication in DOTA is the major "problem". There's ways to utilize alternatively means of communication that can be effective though.
