Jumped on the bandwagon. Not bad...

I do that some times when I'm defending. Except not actually brake mid corner, just late throttle to mess with the attacker's rhythm.

It's been difficult without the opti-fog/mine, there must be a way to reduce the save/time ratio with a simple .cfg value. Is there?

on my new laptop i've been getting horrible frame drops in smp, with the same settings as my desktop, and only marginally annoying in single player. However, other games; ie. LFS and HL2 are getting much better frame rates than my old desk top.

Anyone got any tips?

I hope my new rig can handle that.
