Depending on the cars, #2 is the only way I keep the rear in check, whilst #1 helps keep control of the car in a situation. But then again I don't know what cars you've driven.
That's a good plan mattesa. Netflix is a good reason to stack on to the functionality, bluray is going out though making way for streaming. But gaming is the major enticing factor for the PS3.
If you've got trackdays and LFS, nKp, or other sim, then a PS3 just for GT5 is not worth it. Unless you just must drive real road cars and don't want rFactor... still not worth it if you've got trackdays. Plus rFactor 2 just might be good whenever that comes out.
Was worth it to me cuz I regularly play other games on it.
did you adjust the brake bias? The brakes have caused no trouble in the cars I've been using.
As a separate related issue when using better tires, the springs need to be stiffer to account for the extra grip on the brakes. If left the same the car will dive a lot causing those clenching situations.
picked up GT5 again, and something seems different. Are the brakes less sensitive since the update?
I used to have to run with 2 in the front and would lock up at full brakes on sports hard, now even 5 in the front and comfort soft tires don't lock up.
Does anyone know how to revert back to 1.81? I've only just heard about Deep Space Turtle Chase from yogscast. The mods need to be run on the 1.81 beta release, and i cant seem to find the answers.
I've also installed the additional components anew each install, as well as installed VB from the Microsoft website, guess I'll attempt to go for another round...
Edit: my bad, didn't realize i don't have permission to edit files in syswow64, anybody know how to get around that?
