I´m gonna have a look if I still have them. Normally I should cause I also have all the old LFS versions still on my PC´s and I don´t remember deleting the replays.
Mmh I´m also having problems lately (since 2 weeks or so).
First of all the hostlist takes awfully long to load and half (at least) of the servers don´t give a response. Already tried everything (tried on 4 different computers), rebooted my router, my DSL modem, reset both of them, still no change. Even tried on fresh LFS install. Don´t know what to do now, I hope it ain´t the ISP but who knows?
Sorry that I came up with it. I really didn´t thought about the addon I installed (usually I don´t use 3rd party addons). On the other side no problems with this test patch so far.
I get a "Can't open: wheel" error message in Z15 (I get it everytime a car is loaded, in the car selection menu for example, in the setup menu also). Doesn't seem to effect anything though, and I also don't see any graphical glitches.
Jeez I know see I completely misunderstood the vote options. I got the wrong one, I clicked "I want to take part, don´t wanna watch it." I should ha´ve taken I watch if I can take part, that´s what I actually meant.
Update on my free driver list entry:
I´m no free driver anymore. I joined TDRT. Still I´d like to thank all the teams that showed some interest in my person and I wish you all best of luck with your projects.
What kind of team are you looking for? Race Age: 28

How Active Are You? Was very active, had a 6 month break due to real life and am having a break now because of broken wheel but replacement should come in the next week What Kind of Control do you use? Wheel Time Zone: CET
(very) Small biography: I started in the ESL in 2006 I think it was. Drove in MoE season1 and beginning of season 2. Did compete in STCC and GFC (in which I won season 3 of the FOX class. Last leagues I did where GSL First division (3rd pos) and #Liveforspeed TBO racing.
To put it another way: I saw a lot of great ideas since I'm racing in leagues. But always there seemed to be a lack of weight, in a manner of speaking, to bring series to a bigger public. STCC, CTRA, GSL, MoE, GFC GTTC, all of these are great series and ideas but it lacks that central organization to really make them big and known, you know what I mean?
That's why I think it has to be semi or full professional organization. Maybe with a small entry fee but people behind the org must be 100% idealists or be paid for their work. Question is, is sim racing on the edge to become a sport for everyone, everyone that likes to watch and to do motorsports?
Of course not. I know what you mean, the sh** that is going on with the 2010 F1 regs and the sh** in WTCC. I mean an org. that is doing serious work, not overegulating something and giving advantages to some teams etc... A serious and fair race authority
Hi,
there are so many different competitions just in LFS, way more even in general (look at the other "sims" you almost can't find your way through it).
Would it be an option to create an international, intersimulation race authority (probably semi or even professional) organizing events, leagues, sponsoring, etc... ? Woulod it help sim racing in a way?
Hi guys,
I broke my G25 some days ago and I'm trying to get my hand on a G25 replacement 'til I can afford a new wheel.
As a new wheel I thought a 911 GT3 RS with clubsport pedals would be nice. Unfortunately on the threads about this wheel I couldn't manage to see a clear answer if Yes or No it is an option. Now I want to see if a poll could bring some clarity about the matter.
Yeah true. And depending on track I also have diffiulties braking my 6 gear shifter time with the paddles. But fact is I´m way much more unprecise with it. In the main race my pedals will slip after a while, thus making it almost impossible to race such a config. Maybe when I get a racing seat I´ll retry it. Though I think I never will become a Troy
I finished far better than I thought in both races. I gave up obn driving with the 6 gear shifter, as it´s definately a no go for serious competition. Maybe if someday a series is born where guys racing with it get a bonus (like less intake restr. , or less weight) I will get back to it, but for now I´m back with the paddles. First race was nice I had lots of fights and finished 4th. Main race was nice too, but the start crash destroyed any chance of scoring better than I did. Don´t get me wrong, I´m happy with 6th but I think I could have done better.
My car was fine through corners but I lost lots of times on the straight. Seemed that most XRT´s I´ve encountered could outrun me with ease on the straights.
Well it was a nice final and I´m happy I entered this series.
Ok so in terms of serious competition you never will use fully manual driving, no matter how well trained you are in h&t. Thank you guys for your approachs to this matter.
