wrong, in my opinion you can (witnessed) easily slow down your car right before a hairpin by using crazy angles, but continue that motion till the whole bend is done...
Me for example (i'm not the best angle-controller) use a slightly understeery set just to be sure i can handle the "whiplash" and to keep the turning motion smooth.
Until i get better of corse...

ok, i agreee with mrodgers on his marshall-drive-safely-point but i don't entirely agree with the rest.
For example what do you say about losing your car while trying to pit inside the garages via menu?
In the event of beeing "fined" by failure i find it "slightly" unpleasant to be set back to day 1 (of earnings) just because the script doesn't recognise YOU standing INSIDE the pit-garage.
For these events of mis-fining i would be delighted if users get a compensation.
And yes, i do understand that the admins over at clc are frustrated by the amount of demands from users who lost something.

i don't know why, but i just got disconnected from one of your 2 clc servers, i owned (past tense) a nice lx6.
Afterwards i had about 19K and no car...

now, hows this kind of thingy handled usually?
I'd like to have my car back, since i didn't got dissed because of my behavior.
(last time i checked my balance, it said sth about 6K, then a few minutes later i was disconnected).

noobish question:

hi, i'm used to listen local sounds (music) with winamp and all it's in-plugs like ape; obvious mp3; or Aud (command & conquer), i'd like to use vlc for various internet-radio streams but your stream only plays with winamp and the problem with playlist interuption/distortion.
So can someone tell me how to utilize the vlc for that singular purpose?
