if you like single seaters that have great downforce but snap out at times but you can really push it, then the Mazda's the go! I didn't try it for ages because I heard a lot of complaints. Since last June they've done a lot of tweaks and changes and it's my favourite road car. It's brilliant to drive.
Be aware though, if you want to run it for the Season 2 of 2009, the season's using quite a few custom tracks so remember that you get 20% discount buying 6 items at once!
Schedule for S2 - 2009 Mazda

Week 2 Sebring 20 laps
Week 3 Lime Rock 48 laps
Week 4 Infineon IRL2 28 laps
Week 5 Laguna Seca 31 laps
Week 6 Milwaukee 75 laps (oval)
Week 7 Silverstone 24 laps
Week 8 VIR Full 24 laps
Week 9 Road Atlanta 33 laps
Week 10 VIR West 17 laps
Week 11 Summit 38 laps
Week 12 Sebring 20 laps
I've been on both sides of the fence here Becky. I've always taken it that I'm due a month's rent from the date a tenant states they want to leave, irrespective of the monthly payment date. Check your contract for any special terms applied on your particular contract in addition to the basic framework of ther STA. If the specific stipulation is that you have to pay monthly based on the time of payments schedule then I'd be surprised.
Typically, the STA states a term by which you have to give notification of leaving, typically a calender month or 4 weeks. If that is still applied then you only need to pay for the 4 weeks from date of notification, assuming the agreed time on the contract has passed! If as you say, they landlord has added the clause for a two month notification, then I am not sure how that works as you will have signed to that fact.
Many fixed term agreements (including some assured shorthold tenancies with private landlords) contain a 'break clause', which allows you to end the agreement before the end of the fixed term.
here are the Laguna sets I use for the Radical and Riley. You might want to add just a little more rear wing to the riley for stability and less twitchyness....
I would have agreed until trying the DP and Radical in this week's madness thing..... they are a lot of fun, especially the radical the default setups really suck until you start with a decent one from the forums, then the understeer has gone and VRooooooooooooom..............
remember, once you have it to go to your account details and cancel the subscription or you might find you get charged a month at the end o the trial month
the thing is though.... why buy all the cars and tracks without the necessary licenses to drive and compete with them.........
Best way I have found with iRacing is when you get the yearly subscription, you get $60 in credit back to spend on content. If used wisely, and you go for buying 6 items at a time, you get 20% discount. With the $60 credit and the 20% discount, you almost buy a complete series, car and tracks.
I don't see the point in buying loads of tracks and cars if you want to compete in a series or a couple of series.
