As usual we are working on some things you know about and some things you don't know about. There is too much discussion on this forum about what is happening with LFS, where are the devs etc...

The answer is just too simple, we are working on LFS, as we have done for many years and continue to do. There is no reason to think anything different, it is just pure fantasy created in the minds of a few noisy forum users, for no reason other than they can't think of anything else to do while they wait for an update in their favourite simulator.

How about someone from you three, who takes care of that almost fulltime? It's more than clear, that 30k+ people generate a lot of rumours, especially if the dev team simply does not have the time to crawl in the forums every second day and night...

What you have here is some kind of self-organized group which loves a game and the development. Therefor this group wants to know as much as possible on the deleopment of the game.
On the other side you have the devs who are busy developing and they draw a clear line between the community and themselves and the game. Now with web2.0 and people getting used to forums more and more and with a very very active and huge community here, it's clear that basically you would need another full time person to take care of the community, give them the informations needed etc. This person would take a huge load from the shoulders of especially Scawen and Eric and could get also the trust from the community by doing a lot of things.
All those things would open LFS up a bit, but on the other side actually would give the devs more room to dev, cause of those 20k+ followers is being taken care of.

But.... the status is something else, therefor: Happy Moaning and Whining!

good upload (1mbit min.), a good server to which your viewers can connect or you stream to a streaming network, and minimum 2 PCs, where one has a TV-In/Video in and the other a video out.

The rest is OpenSource video ware (vlan anyone? ) and some testing here and there.
