And if you're using HDR, you need to change BLOOM_BASE value in hdr.ini.. Page down and page up adjustments are reset when you load a session, but changing the ini is a one time deal. Mine is set to 0.6.

The main reason for a diesel car having "more torque" down low is that the engine is fed more fuel if rpm tries to drop below the set idle speed. Basically the diesel pump / electronics is applying throttle for you.

OP: Maybe someone could write a script or something that'd read the engine rpm and adjust your throttle input accordingly

New graphics engine, new sound engine, 24h environment w/ weather and dynamic grip levels, new cars of different types, new tracks areas (not just layouts).

I've started with OutRun, Grand Prix Circuit & Test Drive on C64. Back in the day I was spending my evenings racing Viper Racing (with and without VRGT mods :revs online with some guys from Muropaketti (MuroViper). IIRC someone posted the link to LFS on our IRC channel and I downloaded 0.04k I believe it was and enjoyed it. It's all been downhill since.

Nah. "Your" skins won't work, you've cropped them in a weird way. You can use the original, unedited skin if it's still uploaded.. Just rename whatever your skins are called to "XRG_HuruMach3.jpg".

It seems there's something wrong with your driver animations. If I'm not mistaken, they're the files in .../data/move folder

There have been some changes in some LFS versions, so if you've been switching back and forth between older and newer versions then it'd be a good idea to check that the animations are for the version you're using (extract the 'move' folder again to your LFS directory from the correct version archive).

To be honest, rallycross isn't worth the trouble at the moment, current cars are boring and not really suited to rallycross (where's a Div1 car when you need one). And lack of proper damage really affects the driving style of most people, not in a good way.
