I just bought an ASUS TUF 3090ti 24GB graphics card and when I got it home it wouldn't fit into my tower

I had to upgrade my case and PSU. I can't believe how big the card is. By 2025 it will make a good boat anchor I suppose.

The Skin Kits are all packed into an archive (rar) to save space. Once unpacked the files inside are PSD and compatible with most graphics software. The PSD kits are multi-layered for your convenience.

Have you tried other setups or tried to make changes to your suspension yet, or are you using a stock setup?
There's a lot you can do to change the car handling.

I think it uses Cromowheel_grip.dds and Cromowheel2.dds, but it's been a long time since I messed with those files so I'm not certain they are the right ones. Back them up first before editing.
