Can't really tell: 403 all the way

I'd say a naturally aspirated engine is better for drifting. The engine is more balanced, it's got a more predictable power curve. You don't need 400 whp to get your car sideways so save the money for something else.

I'm starting to get sick of that FZ5 with intercooler in the front... 8 metres of air hosepipes from turbo to intake, really?

You're taking the whole front off to get the gearbox out?

That really is one of the best edits I've seen here for a very very long time. Great style!
Maybe you could have done something to the rear lights (smooth transition from bright and dark parts) and also a black standard skin might have been fine... but other than that :thumb3d:

I was talking about the downshifts where he grinds the clutch to keep the rear wheels from losing grip instead of giving the engine some revs and release the clutch quickly.

From how I understand things I see no point in double clutching for upshifts because all you have to do to match revs is "wait" for the engine to slow down.

Half this thread is filled with discussions about whether a picture is edited or not, whether it counts as "raw" or not, whether it should be posted here or not.

The rules have stayed the same: Every little change other than just resizing of the image is considered an edit and thus belongs into the approriate thread, which this one is obviously not.

Seems to be a nice circuit for street cars, not too wide, good mix of slow and fast corners and straights. Your driving/line is enjoyable to watch, but I would have guessed an experienced driver with the opportunity to practise hand-foot-coordination on LFS would double clutch.^^

Ah, thank you very much then!

That's pretty hilarious since the FO8 was the only car to choose there and there were 2 other people in the Qualifying doing 1:04 to 1:03 times. xD

I just received a 999-day-ban from Redline Racing 5 (FO8@BL1) for no appearant reason. Can someone explain what's happened there?

Don't know where "Cunning Stunt Bonus" originates from but "Insane Stund Bonus" is a reference to GTA2.

Quote from andRo. :And for Polygoal lasso tool you need steady hand. That is not for me.

o_°

What? No, you are not required to have a steady hand with the polygon lasso, which otherwise you are required to have when using the standard or magnetic lasso.

Using polygon lasso as it works for me: Take all the time you need to choose a point (on a line/object you want to select) - click when ready - repeat.
No steady hand required other than just for the moment of clicking. If you can not hold your hand still while performing a mouse click it seems impossible to me to use a mouse cursor in the first place.

I agree that the magnetic lasso is quite simple and useful but it doesn't work very well for me if there is little to no contrast between the background and the object I want to select.

Pen tool and paths might be a bit much for a beginner. Also the result doesn't do the effort any justice. I've always used the polygon lasso, which works great with LFS due to low poly 3D models.

Quote from XCNuse :Stock the 2.3 hatch is only 160 to the crank and we lose way to much; so around stock we put down mid 130 range hp/tq

A 2.3 litre with just 160 hp? That's laughable to say the least, PSA built 1.9 with 157 hp in the early nineties...

Quote from BlueFlame :Who cares about the Turbo? The S2 is the only car in the 80 lineup that had a 5cylinder engine [with the exception of the RS2] never-mind a turbo.

According to wikipedia the Coupé (B3 series, Type 89) was available with N/A 5 cylinder engines until 1994 or 1996 which is after the facelift (1991).

Oh and G!NhO: Audi 80 were built with 4WD (called quattro of course) since late 1982. That includes the 90 as well as the coupé.

They might be funny, stylish or cool given the right circumstances but they surely are not "sexy"...

Quote from Agniz :5tag, they are pretty rare BMW OEM style9 wheels, came only on 8er E31

Thanks for the info. On the 8 they look quite 'reasonable' but with the hub caps missing and slim tires mounted... gorgeous!
I nearly shat my pants when I found out left and right side wheels are different. Imagine mixing them to have different looking wheels front and rear!

Anyone knows what kind of wheels those are on the turqoise one to the left side? They look a bit Benz-ish but I'm not sure I've ever seen them.
