I don't make you responsible in any way, hell I think the cargame servers are one thing that kept LFS alive for the last years

there are numerous tracks that I'd judge higher then those. Portimao for example, or both GT recreations (Trail Mountain, Autumn Ring)

A lot of the stuff currently under development looks very promising. I personally am waiting for Joux Plane like tracks. People just started contacting creators of rally tracks for RSRBR and RFactor for conversion allowance.

if you found a way to extract Westhill, why don't you ask the Devs if you could officially convert Blackwood for AC? Seriously, properly done it could be LFS advertising in the middle of that other sim (since ACs netcode is still pretty weird, people interested in quick pick-up races, leagues and whatsoever still are quite a demographic for LFS)

well, that trophee surely reminded me of something totally different:

They did a couple of demonstration laps with different cars, first the R18 than a few Veyron.

At the moment there is so much happening, a couple of the top teams are already out (for now). Looks like proper cargame multiclass mayhem

There is an Audi R18 standing in front of the starting grid, ready to go with a driver in it

They might sound synthetic (because they are), but they nailed it down pretty good so you can hear engine load and the rpm very easily, which is very important for me when racing. Plus I think with a little fine tuning one can get the "sythie-ness" out of it pretty well. if only we had a few more sample based sounds like AC (gravel, misfire, interior sounds, fuel pumps etc.) it would be pretty sweet. Plus, think about it, it would make the creation of soundsets for third-party cars very easy. I mean with a little Tweak and pushing of some sliders we can make the current cars sound like whatever engine we want.

Sounds may be the factor that can make or break a third party car in AC, and IMO its the hardest part to get correct for modders.

I dunno, here the Netherlands are seen as the favourite, and even France.

The race will be just before the start of the 24h, so it can only be a sprint (like the Carrera Cup race they held 2-3 years ago)

Shouldn't be a problem for the cars, there are quite a few WTCC machines running in the VLN regularly. But what about the pits, might get pretty cramped if the WTCC teams roll up with their trucks aswell

Maybe a "low fuel" warning? It appears not long before the pitstops, and goes out for a brief moment while braking/shifting fuel around.

nah, put a 4U-GSE into it, gonna keep that CoG low

Turbo change in just 17 minutes, not bad. Lets see if the second car needs that aswell. And if the Porsche really has issues with its clutch.
