It will be playable at the Games Convention, which starts about now. So why should we wait for months after GC, if it's done today? The only reason I find is some sort of advertising contract.

I have a Skoda Octavia Combi 1.6l, 16v, 101hp. Not exactly fast, but is great for road trips and has loads of space on the back seats and in the boot :P

And my opinion on this topic is that I would welcome the addition of american muscles cars, because I have no chance of driving one irl and LFS is as close to reality as possible on PC.
However, I pretty much doubt that it will be included because it has no perspective in LFS racing. Muscles cars are just toys. You'll play with them for a while and after finding out that they're mostly rubbish, you'll leave them be.
And if I offended a muscle car fanboy, then...I like Lambroghinis, bash them in return, I don't care anyway

I'd try the LX8 for a while but I don't think it will be much of a success. Maybe if it was more sophisticated, with TC, slicks, good suspension and maybe some electronic stuff like in modern road supercars (Nissan GTR etc.)...all optional of course

I don't want to create a new track. However I'd like the DEVs to create some new track(s), they just can do it better than me.
After I posted the same idea about a half-year ago, I was informed that the same idea was posted before. That taught me to use the search button.
As for (not only) your idea, I like it. I just wish that you could also set the initial speed (to avoid the necessity to accelerate from stand-still every time) and not to require the ctr+r combination.
