Im sure it works. But I've never really liked the VBulletin (nor PHPBB) search feature(s). Sure, checking the 'Show Posts' radio button makes it tolerable, but something everyone needs to learn is how to use google's 'site:' feature:

Anyone else not able to connect to the lobby all of a sudden?

DoN, check %TEMP% (c:\temp\?) for a few hundred megs of temporary install files. Apparently the installer doesn't clean up after itself.

How fast are you supposed to go with the default set? I think my PB is a high 1:36 (BMW, obviously). I've seen people do, what, 1:33s?

Perhaps a solution to Tristan's problem would be to exclude the actual URL from the character count.

TR's aim is to gather a bunch of friendly LFSers every thursday. It doesn't matter if you're a newcomer or a pro driver, TR welcomes all clean, friendly racers.

Brief intro to TR
- There are two servers: Torsdagsrace A and Torsdagsrace B. If there are enough racers, they'll be split into two divisions.
- You may practice/qualify on either server and the qualifying results will be merged.
- Press shift-i during the qualifying session to bring up the special results table.
- You might have to switch servers after the qualifying. The special results table tells you where to go.

Yeah .. This is a patch for the DEDICATED SERVER (hence it being posted in the LFS Hosts Forum). If you've overwritten any files in your standard LFS installation I suggest re-downloading LFS S2 Alpha 0.5W from the LFS website.

As for the annoying horns, replace the HORN*-files in /data/sound/ with the contents of this file:

Pick up races tend to be rather rough, mainly because of the drivers' different level of skill. If a higher racing standard is what you're looking for you should join a well organized league.

Actually, I'd prefer it to be to be the actual file name of the source setup.

Another small drop the never ending stream of improvement suggestions:

When someone sends you a setup and you click to save/name it, LFS could, as a default, keep the original name of the setup.
