The wheel is set to 1080º lock to lock but the driver animation is the one used for 900º, so after turning the wheel 450º the wheel moves but the hands stay still.
Only thing that bugs me is the driver animation being the one for 900º and not for 1080º, since the default setup with max degrees is 1080º lock to lock. After turning the wheel over 450º the wheel moves but the hands stay still.
A little thing I discovered is that the steering wheel turns 1080º but the driver has the animation of the 900º turn, so the steering wheel after a full turn and a half moves but the hands stay still.
The female driver's finger go thru the wheel. Overall I love the new design!
On another note: I noticed the dashboard background is all black now compared to the previous one (w4x version, 2nd pic). Is this a placeholder or is it intended?
I was messing with the RAC around and noticed the hands no longer fit on the steering wheel, but instead they are inside the wheel. At first I thought the .VOB changed, but upon looking at the installer, the .ban inside the move folder changed, so that may be it.

While paid mods are very high quality, I don't think its worth taking the risk to create a platform for studios like them to officially sell mods (obviously they will submit real world cars, not a FXO with changed bumpers) and give a green flag for companies to sue LFS to death for allowing it, both for creating such a platform and two for profiting from it.
RSS and similar studios have their own websites and payment methods to both make a profit and get Kunos out of any problem they could run into. At worst those studios will be shut down, but won't hurt the game itself.
That option is available if you select Wheel / Joystick and then go to the Axes/FF tab.
If you are wondering about it, assigning Mouse X for Steering when Wheel / Joystick is selected doesn't make any difference from the regular mouse option except for the steering not centering when pressing T to type a message.
The multiplier also affects steering lock, so the less multiplier you have the less the steering wheel turns.
Windows Sensitivity is not a bad option, but it can become annoying changing it everytime.
I use mouse and in my case this really haven't affected my driving negatively. When using 900 and above the steering feels a really tiny tiny bit more sensitive so I have to be a bit slower with it, but nothing ground-breaking in my end, so I didn't really report it during the Test Patch.
I think it just comes down to the player, settings and how much it takes adapting to something new.
