lol you laugh about dash board but personally if done right i think a little gauge pod either integrated or as an addon with a little utility like that used by the beta innovation boards would be ace

edit: blimey just looked on beta innovations website and they have closed

i think with trains, but cannot be 100 percent, the wheel just slip to take curves, in the siutaion a diff would be more trouble than its worth and isnt really needed

lol i was gonna get a 400d originally but i can get the 450d cheaper belive it or not and there are several features that make it better for what i want to do with it, as for going with nikon, maybe, but tbh i like the canons and they seem a bit more user freindly in that someone who knows naf all about cameras can use one (my dad). and also im already aquanted with the canon style as i have used a freinds canon 400d before

lol i think it may well be lol, although it did manage to do something which is unlike the real norton, what it should have done was accidently kill its self in the process lol thats more like the real norton

getaway was great, and some much better than anything like gta mainly because it was based in london lol. if i remember correctly i almost completed it but got very annoyed so used a cheat and then used it for messing around lol just like i did in gta vice city and san andreas lol

as for abs on the xrg and not on the xfg, i personally think it would be a good thing as with the xrg braking distances are quite a bit longer sometimes and can cause acidents on severs running the cars but to do this the xfg would need a little work to keep it balanced

well if i were dell there would be a utility you run and that screen could show things like cpu usage ram usage and system temps, whatever you want

1:yh i see what your saying and tbh to get the best out of 4 gb you need to go to 64bit, im not atm lol

2: no you cant anyware to my knowledge microsoft stopped the big guys doing it months ago, and its just im not a fan of vista and if your not careful it eats(uses) too much ram

3: tbh neither do i its just i have had a few bad experiances with ati cards and dont trust them

but like i said, other than these few, tbh quite small things in the bigger picture, its a cracking machine

looks ok, but several things i dont like:

1: 3gb of ram(all the manafcturers seem to do it atm), to me this would not use the dual cvhannel to the max, i like to have all the sticks of ram identical(same make size etc) though this may be an unfounded belief

2: vista(all i need to say there)

3: ati card, i dont like them but hey thats personal preferance

but other than that looks good, the q6600 is a lovely cpu , nice size hdd and you cant go that wrong with dell. lfs should be first class and most games should run excellent on it

my cockpit/race frame has a calibra seat, which is quite good actually cos its quite sporty but very comfortable

yes and no, to model basicly then yes i cant see it being to hard but to model it properly then i can see it being quite time consuming. but then i dont know much about game programming lol.

i think it is possibly something for the future, not right now if you get what im saying.

yh but there is more important things to spend the time on, im not saying it wouldnt be good to have, it would, although only really for drag, but it is not needed as much as alot of other things and has limited aplication

tbh to have an automatic gearbox and to simulate an auto box you need to simulate the torque conveter and to model one acuratly as i understand it is hard enough

yh matching it with the lx4 would be good, that could be done using engine size, i said 3l cos thats thefirst one that came to mind

why shouldnt we have an rxo? it wouls be like the fxo(same body possibly) but rear wheel drive (hence the rxo) and would maybe have a n/a engine, something like a 3 litre inline 6 to semi emulate the bmw 330

just wanted to see what people thought of the idea
