nice chris, ever though about having it featured in total vauxhall, im sure thede love to feature it. at pompreys(the vauxhall dealer i work at) we have a guy with a limited edition one(cant rememeber the name lol but its yellow with black wheels) hes almost part of the furneture now as he keeps crashing it, his latest one was the lower suspension arm balljoint which seperated from the tie rod at about 85 mph lol probably caued by the stress he has put on it crashing it before. his attitude to totaling it is' ill just buy another one' lol. oh and hes a french bloke and the rear windowhas a big sticker saying crazy frog, how correct that seems to be.
edit: just realised what wheels they are, team dynamics pro race (1.2s ?) my farorite wheel, if only i could aford a set for my corsa.
strobe the, but canon is better bit was about the salesmen not about the cameras, that statement was how the canon salesment at least have a working battery in the camera but the are crafty. i admit i am a fan of canon but im not a canon fanboy!!!
and as for the only good sony bit, the cameras may be good fine and reiable but i know from personal experiance and the experiances of people i know that sony are not the most relaiable brand alot of the time
this is why you shouldnt by sony stuff really lol bacause even their salesmen are idiots
the only good thing sony make is the playstation.
although canon are better they are very crafty, at the mph show there was a canon stand and having herd about dslrs from the likes of samh lol i draggged my dad there to prove to him how good dslrs are. the rep showed us the camera and some of it feature but before taking too many pics desided to change the lens to severl thousand pounds worth of l series is usm lens knowing that the kit lens isnt great. but still it convinced my dad especially as his entax point and shot couldnt take one not blurry picture in the halls at the nec and the 400d had no trouble
tbh it depends what you are after, if you dont mind a limited new lens range (im sure mrodgers is correct about the sony/minolta bit though and alot of other minor manafacturers have older lens compatability wereas the larer makes tent to need adapters etc) then an 'other' make dslr is fine. wheather it be sony, olympus, pentax etc but if your are after a wide range of lenses it best to go for somehting like a canon or nikon, both makes are good, some swear by nikon some swear by canon and tbh there is not much in it.
as far as reviews go give dpreview.com a look, in my opinion there are the best review site about. on the canon front have a look at the 450d or the 1000d, the 450d especially is bound to reduce on price soon as the 500d is soon to be released although they are in hugley different price brackets
i think your find you can, dont quote me on this but i am sure the eula stats that you can run multple copies on multiple computers if usig it for a lan game
have a look at the lfs manual i think there is something on there
ah ok, the v8 is best anyway you just have to watch for slipped liners on. the rover v8 may not be that powerful really and quite small by american standards but its a great engine
ive done the aqa(i think) short course (year 9)(coursework about some lancre festival if i remember correctly) and ive just done the full course edexcel(4 section coursework, multiedia, word proccessing, database and spreadsheet), what i hate is the coursework is very drawn out and so is the exam and if you answer the questions with a modicome of knowledge you get them wrong because they have no clue what they are on about
for example the insist that a network has to have a server, no, to have a domain you need a sever, but idf you said so in the exam you would get it wrong, that is why i hate gcse it
older bmw's are ok, good even but the new ones are absolute crap lol, my sisters got a 330ci (think its an E46) and its awful especcially the gearbox(tiptronic lump of shite lol)
lol i cant eithier but i still have a car lo well 1 and a bit lol, if we ae doing bikes though i would add to that a raleigh chopper mk3(new one)first bike and a dual suspension mountain bike(cheapy one) still ahve both, only been riding a bike for about 4 years
1987 3.5 v8 range rover classic -> my dad traded his old audi 80 for it and was gonne be rebuilt, when my dad got another car he said that the rangie was mine. it huge, sounds great and i love it but its a typical old range rover and rotton and is atm missing the roof, windscreeen, rear wings, bonnet, boot floor, rear top and bottom tailgate, one rear door and a few other bit lol but we still drive it for a laugh round the farm. its gonna be stripped and sold for spares.( it didnt come in the stripped down state that was use, were aiming to have a bit of fun with it in a very bare state soon, youlle know what i mean if youve seen a 4x4 is born)
and finally lol
1996 vauxhall corsa sport 1.4 16v in black(see sig) ->bought it about a month/ 6 weeks ago now and is gonna be my first car if all goes well, payed £500 for it. am gonna spend about £250 on it doing the cambelt and water pump then a full service plus discs and pads on the front and shoes on the rear, i also need to put a replacement bonnet release cable on it (come with the car) and the indicator stalk is a bit dodgy on the main beam(useual problem), the only other thing that i want to do is have a few, small, bit of paintwork sorted by a mate of mine, and have the wheel refurbed
