Quote from NordicFox7 :I guess I could give it a go...

You'll never go back

On the top right of the screen, you can choose different angles direct view top, left,...

You also can choose a free cam mode (on the lower right corner)

With space bar you can blend the controls out, btw.

oh well, lets hope the Australian GP does not fall out of the calendar now as it's a freaking awesome track, even just to watch the cars mastering it.

However, congrats to Vettel now made it clear who the champion driver in RBR is

Emotional and beautiful ending for an interesting season. Bring on next season with a record-champion-comeback and more affairs, lies and real love

Quote from tibone : but if you mean the dark shades of paint in the doors, those are red screened over the blue, looking quite dark, but not completely black.

That is what i meant and now i see it's all around like that. Personally i would overlay them rather than mixed them. Paint would not look liike this even if they are still fresh and then ran into eachother

As for the lights, i meant the headlights that would open-up (if eric had modelled them like that xD). The black line on it, looks like a logo cut off.

Quote from Demon Illidan :Better to put this on "Skin Requests"

better not quote images

@Tibone, looks preety awesome already. Nice one !

PS: i find the black on the side not so fitting; kinda tooo random, if you know what i mean.

What i find interesting is whjat you do on the headlights. Is it a logo or is it finished like this?

Have you maybe seen a bigger pic of the "japan auto" (or someone knows the font?). The ones from the website are very low-res.

uopa, that looks indeed pretty good so far. I'm not a big fan of the design either but it comes along and has something to it; top is nicely flowing and the rear is just sick xD
I'm guessing you use the original pics (?), but nevertheless great work with lining them up.

I'm looking forward to check it out so don't abandon now

Quote from richo :Fred's got the WDC , there is no way in hell Seb will aid Webber and i guess why should he when he still has a sniff at the title.

The Austrian love train won't allow team orders when there not for Seb , and if by some miracle MW takes the title there will be some sour faces at RBR thats for sure.

Anyways fingers crossed the miracle happens and Webbo gets the title as it will be good for Australian motorsport and we might get to keep the GP for a few more years.

You're saying there wont be an Australian GP if webber doesn't make it this year? How do you get into that gear?

As for the rest, i think auon is spot on. If MW gets it done - kudos to him, but if he srews up like usual than it's just his own soup. The team is already CC so there certainly won't be any sad faces, regardsless of who wins the WDC.
I actually think everybody will be happy for MW, because it's probably his last chance. Vettel is most likely gonna be champion sooner or later anyways.

Quote from andRo. :No, I don't. You understood it wrong.

Actually, i understood it right; just being picky (i guess, is a word for it.. comes with boredom) - i know it's perfect

Quote from andRo. :Yep, I don't see what is wrong at the places he is pointing out.

Oh, you see something else wrong?

But yeah, if that's what he's on about, it's pointless.

@kristian, in that regard, yours are too big... the ford on the side is bigger than the wheelrim, while on the fiesta it's not...

Quote from marcel1 :have you seen new posts from scawen?

What do you need new posts for, when there is nothing to tell to the average idiot who wont get it anyway and only make baby cry.

PS. this topic should have a warning in front the title "contains masses of spam". I always expect some real info, when it's on top, but all there is, is the usual bs.

Exactly Boris, that's the thing i find suspicious.

The impact wasn't really hard + he had plenty of time to prepare for the contact with the wall and that his wheels might be damaged.

Bottom line is, why not hit the brakes right away, even while the impact? I think at this speed he might have become to a stop just on the outside of the track.

I am the oposite opinion of eliteati.

I think for a racing livery it's pretty nice and often a simple one hits the spot

1 critism tho, the goodyear is too big and rotated(?). Fitted with a bit of space it should flow in just right.

But... where is the DL-link?

DFGT/G25/G27 > DFP > F430

This is quality and pricerange, whereby i'm not sure about the prices of the first group. G25 probably cheaper (not in production as far as i know) as the 27

PS. right side of your post is an edit button for editing the post

Ok, ye forgot about the shifter which is a plus for G-series, but quality wise, they don't take each other a lot, which is what i was on about

Back in the days on my DFP, i modified the paddles by glueing some on the "buttons". It was alright but not as stiff as the G25 paddles, tho.

In the end it's about what you need/want and a shifter is indeed quite useful/fun. Note that the G25 shifter is kinda toyish/plastic. (PS. and has no resistance when in gear obviously - and unfortunatly)

It does not?

@ lilsnortan, Wrong Thread, but to answer, It's outdated and not possible anymore.

I think you should stick to you DFGT and sort out the problem.

Basically there is no big difference between DFGT and G25 (G27 would be a little bit more silent)

PS. if you are serious about simarcing get the ECCI 7000 (or was it VPP?) Now thats as good as it gets (just a tad expensive xD)

Devildare, i was being sacrcastic. MSC definitely stopped on purpose acting as if he had understeering, but you can see he provoked it.

Read my other post here; I am in firm belief Webber could have avoided coming back on track.

Ridiculous statement... Would he also say Schumacher stopped on purpose in the corner during Monaco qualifying 2006

Quote from Mustafur :he had one wheel off the ground, so when he braked it steered him that way.

First of all, quicksilver pointed that out for me already (a long time ago xD) and secondly, he did not brake after the impact.

@Tinvek, only iirc, Rosberg said something like he saw him, but guessed wrong as where he is going...

@Blueflame, that would be just.. well odd... the impact wasn't that hard that he'd loose orientation. He sees the wall and that would naturally give him the indication, that he is going back to the track. Maybe he was just so massivly surprised by his own mistake - old fart :P

@Quicksilver, I think out of control is a bit too much said. After the impact he could have at least try... but well, i guess one can justify how he acted with that general agreement, which makes sense.
