Do you mean pay? I guess it depends on what else the game offers. Having licensed cars with simple physics is pointless, imo... but then again, you're on a sim forum
I think you've said it already, If it is good, license doesn't matter, but it has to stand out.
As Far As I Know, google could possibly help finding out. But of course you could wait a little bit longer until someone is so nice to explain it to you
Hi, you could just reply to your other topic and by that bump it. I think you could delete the other now as nooone replied to it and it only fills teh section up and others get pushed away.
Question, you're english, but why do you have a chinese flag in your profile?
However, composed your skin qucikly and added Daloonie's bodykit features incl. a bit of dirt if you don't mind
As long as it doesn't affect me, i don't care, but as soon, I am gonna have to, you know
Only one should be able to, the mother, and no-one else, imo of course. After all, when this life is going to be screwed (no job, no future) than there is not much point in starting it in the first place.
And that is just one of teh things that is wrong with believing so hard in something, some random guy wrote back in the days, where it might have made sense, but today, there shouldn't be any need for it
IMHO, you should really read more of his posts. This subject was talked about over and over again, and chances are, Scawen just skips this read cause he's well aware of teh community and it's feelings.
Ina nutshell, the goal is to make teh physics more realistic (incl. better temperature model and deformation)
Further, breakable wings were announced.
But physics arn't done yet (cpu usage, handling in extreme situations, and whatnot).
And that's about it.
imagine how he feels not finding the correct solution
Scawen already gave a statement to this request. Basically, if you wanna know, go study it, which is what he did over the last years and there is no point writing an essay about it.
PS.@ Macfox, it sure looks fantastic, but this also looks like it needs a lot of cpu power.
It's totally fine that you have this opinion, although, personally, I don't understand why you havn't bought a license yet, when you've learned driving in LFS and enjoyed it very much, but when you say that it doesn't have any value for you and you will delete the game anyway, why bother wit it. You can set (on the main website or here in the forum) a notification per e-mail to recieve whe the update comes out.
With all these negative remark, and I'm not only talking about you now, it's just upsetting for the community and demotivating for the developers. If it wouldn't be for LFS and their approach to simulate driving physics, I think it's fair to say that the genre wouldn't be where it is and Scavier simply doesn't deserve that.
Now, don't get me wrong, I, as much as simply everyone else, would like more content, but it's just not as possible as it is for others.
Actually, for the people who actually play it, it actually is something.
But you shouldn't fool yourself. It's to be expected that the new physic basically just fix a few 'errors' and improve the overall performance and realism, but since you only care about the imerssion of driving historic, iconic and well known tracks and cars, there is nothing you have to expect.
Different situations - Imo, just way too agressive driving. Grosjean had Hamilton "in sight", starting a place behind him. It seems to me Grosjean appeared too rapidly for Hamilton to react to it, while Vettel slowly moved over with Button having a much better overview.
The penalty might be harsh but at the same time Alonso nearly got seriously injured.
