If you subscribe to standard content, why would you expect unlimited racing in all the additional content? If you're taking the time to subscribe to something, I think you're expected to know what it that you are subscribing for?
I can't stand the feeling of wearing a watch, so I used my phone for ages. Now I have something along these lines though. The viewable inner workings are mesmerising
Sounds like a dodgy quote to me.
Rubens was in the race himself, so it's questionable if he made the remark. The other option is Irvine, and he wouldn't be this quiet about it as said by others in the thread. In general, it seems like a bunch of childish remarks aimed at getting media attention, yet the person doesn't want to be named. I find that quite odd, and frankly it sounds like a poor attempt by the website to gain attention with a made-up scoop.
It wasn't erratic if you look purely at the definition though. He slowed consistently and predictibly, not erratically. You can also interpret the "causing danger to other drivers" bit in different ways; he didn't brake-test anyone and at such low speeds no one was in a real state of danger.
Mind you, I also think it wasn't nice and caused a situation that should be prevented by rules, but I don't think those rules are in place currently. If they are, then they are still not specific enough.
I think Button has an infinitely more professional mindset than Hamilton... maybe it has something to do with his wide range of experience in F1: driven in a mediocre performing car, driven in a very underperforming car, driven in a very overperforming car. The guy has so much more tolerance for dealing with bad situations and re-focussing it into something good. I doubt you would hear him bitch at his team during a race for making the wrong call - great way to make your people put more effort into your well-mannered (albeit whilst also walking around with a cheesy arrogant grin every once in a while) world-title defending team-mate.
Hamilton just seems to want the fastest car, the best treatment, have his strategy chewed and swallowed for him and expect to be on that top step every time with raw brainless pace. It will be interesting to see what will happen now that he has no manager anymore - maybe he needed someone to twat him around the head every once in a while to keep both his feet on the ground. We might get to see the process of Anakin Skywalker turning into Darth Vader here
He's going to say: "It's shin splits, take a rest!" - if he just says "Take a rest!" and you actually walk out of his office without enquiring you didn't really want to find out what it was in the first place.
In a country with good health-care there's really no downside to going to a physician to check on a physical ailment, is there? I don't see the reason for downtalking the advice of going to a doctor - even if there's solid advice given in this thread! Sharing experiences is what a forum is all about; share stories about your shin split adventures, but don't make the diagnosis 5000km away just because it was what you had.
That's debatable! +1 -2 +1 is certainly zero, but the +1 by BlueFlame was in support of a -2, effectively re-stating it, thus making it -4 in total. +1 -4 = -3!
Is it just me, or does that narrator in that video speak just a bit too slowly? I damn near mashed my head into the nearest wall waiting for the next word(s) to come out.
